Drybar - Sacramento

Drybar is my absolute fave! It feels like a bougie Cheers, because I go there so often and have gotten to know so many of the amazing staff! It’s the best concept, as it feels like you have a glam squad. They are so talented and aim to make you feel like the best version of yourself. Whether you are going out for a special occasion or just love how they do your hair and treat yourself on the regular (like me), they are there for you. Their app makes it super easy to book. You just show up and 45 mins later, BAM! They spin you around and you’ve got a new pep in your step!

My hairstylist was Carly and she did an amazing job. I went in today because I have a wedding to attend. My aunt from out of town ended up coming to attend the wedding last minute and didn’t have an appointment. I went in with her since I saw online that they do walk ins and I had an appointment. They said they were fully booked this morning so they couldn’t take her in. I asked if they can just style her hair no wash or dry just style. They ended up saying yes! I’m so glad they were able to accommodate both of us! They both did a lovely job and for my first time being there it was an amazing experience! Will be coming back!

Super unprofessional and rude. I had scheduled my appointment at 12:30 pm and requested a specific stylist. They told they will try to schedule the appointment with her. Then I got a call back that in order to set this appointment with the stylist I need to come in at 12 pm. I arrive on time and ended up waiting for over 27 mins for the stylist because they told me she went out on her lunch. Why would you ask me to come 30 mins early for a stylist who is on lunch?!? this is so disrespectful of someone’s time. The best part is one of the front desk gives me an attitude saying "we can’t honor requests on a Saturday". You should have never called me back and asked me to move my schedule to accommodate the slot. The front desk folks seem completely disorganized and their staff needs to be trained. While I was waiting for 30 mins, I wasn’t even offered anything to drink. No apologies or accountability taken for this mishap. I had to explain the situation 3x to 3 different staff members. It’s also extremely disappointing that I am a barfly member, and this was the treatment that I had received.

Feel spoiled like the queen you are! 👸🏻 perfect for all age groups. It is such a fun experience, to have your hair washed and dried then styled for you. Perfect for a girls day out Mother’s Day gift or just to treat yourself. Strongly recommend this experience. I personally always like the southern comfort style for the big volume and the fact that my hair looks great up to four days after.

Had a wonderful time at the Ladies Night Out Yelp Event! We got free drinks, free food, goody bag with hair products, and free dry style or braid. I loved meeting all the women and hanging out before my style. All of the employees were very friendly and kept asking if we needed more drinks. They took me back quickly and helped me pick a style that was good for my hair type. The stylist was very friendly and chatted with me throughout my time there! I will definitely be back for more! What fun!

Fabulous work done by Lorie and another gal (wasn’t able to get her name). We came in with not much in mind and both stylists were able to execute on our hair curls beautifully! Mine lasted 2 more days and I got so many compliments. Will be back when we’re in town!

2023 update: still the top drybar. Since the business was sold a few years ago the cleanliness of all shops has suffered. This location is the most clean I've seen in 3+ years. I think this is my favorite of all the dry bars I've been to (and I've been to a lot). It has a super fun friendly vibe.
