The absolute worst customer service. The man there was professional but the woman who styled me was awful and I never looked back. Not only was the customer service the worst, my hair didn't come out that good and they are EXPENSIVE! Parking is horrible. I found a less expensive AND down to earth hairstylist not too long after this hot mess and thank God!
