The hair stylist, Song, did a great job. He made sure cut was exactly how I wanted it and let me style it after and I was very satisfied. Whoever the manager/lady who appeared to be in charge, not at all. I asked Song about buying some gift cards and he didn’t know about it, I pointed to the poster that was directly in front of the stylist station stating 20% off gift cards and the person whom I think is the manager abruptly walked up to the poster, ripped it off the wall angrily and stated they won’t honor it. Long story short, after I explained that if you post a discount, you should basically honor it, she basically became unhinged and argued with me! I told her that she can read about my review on Yelp and other social platforms. While I was paying for the services, the manager came to the register, said that she’s stressed and became apologetic. She explained that she’s not received any gift cards from Corporate, like that was good enough for me to be okay. Although I appreciated her for treating me like a customer at that point, I must say I will never come back to this location again. The company, their representatives need customer service training without a doubt. When walking out I felt really bad for the employees who had to witness this, let alone the customers waiting for service. I will post this exact experience on Yelp, Google and any other platforms to warn others.To emphasize, Suong is a very good stylist!

This has been our family’s go-to spot for a while now and we hope to keep coming back for a long time. We’ve always experienced excellent service from Chi. I have pin-straight bleach-damaged Asian hair and my husband has thick, thick curly hair, and we previously struggled to find someone who knew how to cut our specific hair types. We always walk out happy here. Can’t recommend them enough and prices are very reasonable.

I had Chi and she did my hair exactly as how I wanted it and according to the inspo pictures I showed her! She was attentive to my worries when washing my hair (I told her to be gentle and use gentle shampoo as I experience some hair loss usually) and informed me if I did during shampooing. She was also asking questions throughout if the length and look was okay! Would def recommend her!

I always come here! Had Nadereh and it was a great experience. It was so relaxing that I got sleepy and my hair looks great!

Naderah is a great hair dresser. I've been going to her for 20 years. I wouldn't use anyone else. Do yourself a favor and see her for all your hair needs.. you'll be glad you did This is an update from January 16th 2024. Nadreh is now working at the Cost Cutters in Round Rock. She's an amazing hair stylist and they are lucky to have her. I'm so thankful to have her helping me look good

Made the appointment online, and Suong greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I walked straight to the chair and he immediately started cutting my hair. Suong did a fantastic job--He moved around with a mechanical efficiency and a soft touch! I just moved to this side of town, and I'm so glad I found a place that's right around the corner!

My first time at this location. Getting a haircut is usually a spur of the moment decision. I was seen immediately and I like how my hair was cut. My stylist, Nadereh, did a great job!
