I would not recommend this place. I had the worst experience with my hair and now I'm suffering the consequences. I went in for a balayage on December 12th at 2:00 pm with Alyssa. Her personality is great, but unfortunately, she didn't do what I wanted with my hair. I showed her several pictures, and she seemed to understand. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, it looked quite different, but I said, "Wow! It's not bad, I like it." It was nighttime, and I hadn't seen the color in detail in natural light, nor had I seen the back of my head. The next day, I showed my husband, and he started pointing out that the color at the top was too bright, almost orange, with some very thick streaks and others very thin. And when we looked at the back, it was a complete mess. Now my hair is stained. I tried to contact them, even through Instagram, and I never received a response. I was simply ignored, and I didn't receive any refund.

I am so incredibly happy with this place! I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Mia and it was amazing. I addressed my concerns with her and she not only made my hair healthy again and look amazing, but she walked me through what products that will and won’t work for my hair based on the texture and length. I was able to show her inspiration photos and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this salon and if you can, schedule with Mia!

I had an appointment for the first time with Shaun Taylor and I requested a hairstyle and wanted to keep my length as well. She was professional and very knowledgeable. It’s been over a month since I cut my hair and I still love it and it looks good straightened or curled or air dried. Thank you so much for giving me this haircut I feel like it matches with me.

Shaun Taylor is the best hair stylist. I love her warm candor. I've followed her over the years(5) to different salons. If you need a hair cut would highly recommend.

Today was my first time getting my hair done in a long time other than me using box dye I was very down an depressed and just gave up on myself and yesterday I made the decision to call too find a place that would take a last minute walk in and at first it didn’t sound like I was going to have any luck but they gladly took me in 🥰 when I say Jae’lyn was the most kind person I’ve ever met I truly mean it she gave me my confidence back she stayed late was the last too leave because she took her time with my hair and made it just perfect I held my emotions but as soon as I got in my car I cried and laughed because I felt like me again. I’ll definitely be visiting again!
