Emily has been my stylist for over 10 years. I have never trusted a hair stylist so much. I have had short to long and every color under the sun under Emily’s care. Another salon had ruined my hair and Emily saved it. She will help get your hair in its healthiest state and keep it that way. Erin is completely amazing too. Plus the salon is absolutely gorgeous. A serene oasis in the hustle of life. I recommend Emily to everyone and have had a few take my recommendation. They too have all been blown away with the salon and Emily and continue to use her. You should absolutely give her your business. A few photos over the years included. All but the short hair were taken immediately after hair appointment. You can see I’ve been brunette to blonde and have the healthiest hair I have ever had in my entire life. She is miraculous!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with stylist Desiree Baker. First, I booked an appointment, and she postponed it to the following week, informing me only one hour before my original appointment time. She also changed the salon address and mentioned it only when I asked for confirmation about the location — which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. I specifically booked a proper keratin treatment, but she instead did a smoothening treatment and claimed it was keratin. Despite carefully following all her aftercare instructions, I saw absolutely no results. When I reached out to let her know, she argued instead of taking accountability and said she could only redo it if I paid an additional $50, citing a 14-day redo policy. I still gave her a chance and tried to schedule the redo, but she ignored my appointment and has not responded to my messages for the past two days. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking — from the constant rescheduling and lack of transparency to the poor service and complete breakdown in communication. I spent my time, effort, and money trusting that I was getting a real keratin treatment, but instead was misled and left without any resolution. Definitely not recommended.

This salon is so cute! Killian is the BEST! I’ve been going to her for a few years now, and she is by far the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to! She’s so good at what she does, and she is so kind! She’ll listen to what you want and give you helpful advice for maintenance/longevity. My hair is so much healthier!

I have been looking for 6+ years for the right stylist for me, and am so thankful my friend recommended Sarah at Meraki! I had my first cut with her today and absolutely love it! Sarah was super friendly, ready for me right at my appointment time, listened carefully to what I wanted and far exceeded my expectations with my cut and style! I could tell she’s passionate about giving great service and making her clients feel their best! The salon was very easy to find, parking right out front, and really pretty inside. I can confidently say it is always a fun experience from start to finish! Sarah is a true professional with a keen eye for detail. She always listens to me and knows exactly what to do before even getting started. She offers great suggestions to compliment my face. The Meraki Salon located in Roswell is equally impressive. It’s a cozy yet modern salon with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is chic but not overdone creating a comfortable and relaxing visit!
