LuLu Salon & Day Spa

I recently visited Lulu Salon for a hair color refresh and once again, I was lucky enough to have Roaa work her magic on my hair. She is an absolute artist – each strand looked stunning by the end of my appointment! It's clear she knows her craft inside and out, but what really stood out to me was her ability to listen to what I wanted and give thoughtful suggestions that perfectly aligned with my style. The team at Lulu Salon is also fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and are passionate about what they do. I walked out feeling not only fabulous with my new color, but also uplifted by the amazing experience I had! Highly recommend them if you're looking to transform your look. The salon is beautiful and well kept. Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcome. I went in for a cut. I had overgrown an old haircut that I loved, my hair was very long so I wanted to cut about 3 inches. I asked for a V-cut, long layers, & long faceframe. The cut lasted maybe 5 minutes which I thought was odd, but since the reviews were great, I went with it. The cut was uneven by inches on one side. It was curled after the cut so the uneveness was not very noticeable until I straightened it the following day. I had to recut my own hair another few inches to the top layers since there was prominent thinning & shorter on one side. Lulu may have had an 'off' day that day, but I do know I don't feel comfortable returning to this salon. I'm glad others have had better experiences, but I may have gotten very unlucky that day 🤷🏽‍♀️

I went in for a completely different color change today and both the girls were amazing! Kindness and efficiency is the name of the game in this salon! Even the other clients were super nice and supportive of my new hair! Absolutely love this salon!!

Highly recommend. My hair has never been this healthy. Roaa does my cuts conditioning treatments and eyebrows. She always greets me with such kindness. Lulu Salon & Day Spa is the only place I will ever go to.

I have been going to Roaa for all my hair needs since she opened, my hair was not healthy and with her magic my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been, she is magic, best salon in town. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

as a disabled person in a wheelchair, i’ve only experienced the best service from the staff here. Zoa always delivers the most beautiful results with my hair.
