Phenix Salon Suites

My review is not about the salon itself but about a stylist. I had booked an appointment with Bella over a month in advance, about two weeks until my appointment she asked to reschedule when I had already got the day off work. We then changed the time of my appointment. The NIGHT BEFORE my appointment she canceled and told me we would reschedule and that she would discount my service. When I tried multiple times to reach her to reschedule she finally responded and told me that she had no appointments for two months… she never tried to fit me in anywhere and also said that she didn’t want to even offer me a 6 am appointment because that would be to early.. she in no way tried to make this right and this is the worst service I have ever received. I would not book with her because she is so unreliable and unprofessional.

This is a great place. I go to Hair by Christina inside of Phenix Salon. Of course I love Christina's work. The building itself is well-maintained, and whenever there is a receptionist there, they are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's a pretty busy area, with a lot of restaurants about, but I've never had an issue with the parking situation. 🙂

Awesome! Alison @ Oh so pretty is amazing! Lashes, facials you name it. She carries and uses the best products available. Alison is so professional, sweet & talented!I'd highly recommend her.

Kristi..is a great stylist and colorist. She cuts my fine thin hair to increase the volume...which makes me a very happy client! I highly recommented her.

Jereca is a miracle worker, and one of the best hairdressers I've ever been to. I highly recommend her for a transformational beauty experience.

Creations by Reinette - Reinette is the best colorist! She is also a great stylist for my fine, straight hair.

Love this salon. Each stylist has their own suite so it is really nice and "covid" friendly.
