Excellent hair salon. As someone whom have lived in different countries and cities, I have been very fortunate to experience the bet hair salon services across the globe. I must say that this salon is quickly becoming one of my favorite. The stylist are extremely talented and can meet the needs of many different hair styles. The Owner is very pleasant and Professional and she makes the entire experience very pleasant. Great Ominous and Professional Stylist is what I am accustomed to and this salon delivers, highly recommend to anyone of any race that are looking for talented stylist!
Was looking for new stylist to cut and shape new hairpiece and this is my new go-to place! Phone response was prompt and polite and they got me in on my tight schedule. Stylist was sensitive to my medical condition, made some recommendations and executed the styling very well. Six stars!
Ashley always does a beautiful job with my hair. What I like most is I'm not waiting for hours to be serviced and I'm out of there quickly.
I absolutely love this hair salon been coming here for years now !! And Kim is my hairstylist and she amazing always good chats . An the rest of the wonderful women that work in this shop, They make sure your appointment is set and confirmed and when you come in always greetings and chats .. I recently moved back to the area and didn’t know who to go to for a haircut and have been hesitant because I am somewhat protective of my curls. It can be hard to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair and Kimberly gave me exactly what I wanted! Showed her a few reference pictures and talked about the look I was going for! Will definitely be going back for future haircuts!
As a curly hair girlie, this place let me down a few months ago. The last time I went, I went with dry hair to save a bit of money and the lady cut off a few pieces of hair, even though I asked her to cut off All of my dead ends. I was too shy to say anything and just left to cry in my car, But the woman that cut my hair knew better. I wish I knew her name so that I could recommend not going to her but the entire time she was just talking about how she has clients that complain about her cutting skills. I am constantly battling to brush through my hair because she left all the dead pieces and split ends. I paid $115 for the service. Won’t be going back 🙁
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT patronize this salon. I was incredibly disappointed at Kim who practically denied me as a client, but didn’t have the decency and self respect to apologize or choose to not book me in the first place. Also disappointed at the owner of the shop and the other girls that work there for supporting Kim’s disgusting behavior of lying to a customer. I spoke to Kim who booked me in for a Saturday morning appointment. Upon getting there, saying hello to her, they miraculously couldn’t find my appointment and told me that I was not booked in. When I asked, the girl told me Kim couldn’t step aside to confirm or deny that my appointment was actually made after our phone conversation. Same Kim that left me a voicemail message and same Kim that did my hair 2x already. Despite showing phone records and narrating the back and forth phone tags and conversations with Kim, all parties at the salon acted stupid and could not even apologize on behalf of the liar they call a co-worker for wasting my time at the very least. It’s also interesting how Kim did not have the decency to take two mins to step out and apologize for her stupid behavior. Meanwhile, this is the same woman old enough to be my mother acting like a mere child. Same woman who practically did my hair 2x. If Kim wants to choose a customer who pays her more, that’s fine by me. But don’t call me back, leave me a VM, eventually speak with me, book me in for an appointment and then act like none of that happened because you went for the highest bidder. I’ve always heard horrible stories about black owned salons throwing their customers under the bus and I could never relate since I typically do my hair myself and thought this salon looks decent enough when I found them. But with what happened this morning, it all makes sense while more black women are choosing to stay away from salons like this. To Kim and the other girls - do better and stand for what is right! To the store owner - take a moment to think about the type of liars you choose to employ on your team. To be complacent to stupidity is for you to be stupid and disgusting as well.
