I had been looking for a Dominican hair salon for months in the area, coming from Florida I knew they would know how to deal with my hair type. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. the space is very clean, the vibe is calming. very professional and kind service. I hope to make this salon My Salon.

I love my new salon. My hairdresser moved to Concord and the drive from South Carolina to Concord was a bit much. I went two weeks ago for a basic wash and set and not only was the customer service I received impressive and impeccable, ( all while the owner was away on family business) my hair looked great. I returned today for my color, not only was the owner gracious, she "knows" her stuff. My color is on point and in the day of rising prices, Ms. Vanessa’s Hair Salon is extremely reasonable for excellent service Thank you Ms. Vanessa and staff

Went to Vanesa for my first time and was AMAZE of the GREAT work. When she blowed dry my hair Never burnt me. Service was EXCELLENT…Thank You Vanesa!!!

Amazing staff, amazing patience, amazing hair. Very detail-oriented, and they will make sure your hair is perfect before you leave that chair lol. I have very THICK hair, and while I did my best to make sure it wasn’t bad coming in, it wasn’t the best. Vanesa and Louisa were amazing in taking their time with me. They are sweethearts, thank you so much.

I dropped in after being stood up from an appointment I had scheduled for today 2pm. I happened to be googling and the salon appeared as an option. I’m so glad it did. All the ladies treated me so nicely. Luisa and another lady who was more on the quiet side. I failed to ask her name and of course Vanesa. It was such a pleasure. This was my first time coming to Vanesa. I had the same hairdresser for the last 20 years prior to relocating here two years ago. I have bi-racial hair and not just anyone can do my type of hair. I tried one other salon last year and I wasn't happy with the outcome so I have been putting off trying another salon. I made an appointment and Vanesa was able to take me right away. She was so sweet and kind to the clients. She did an amazing job on my color and blow out. She also did my eyebrows. My hair smelled and looked good. Thank you Vanesa!

Love coming to Vanessa’s salon! I moved here recently and struggled to find someone who can truly blow dry curly hair, until I found this salon. She can blow dry my hair straight without using a straightener. Most people think my hair is naturally straight because of how good of a job she does. Not only does she do good work but her customer service is exceptional. Always a pleasure coming here. Thank you Vanessa!
