Susan is great!! I have been going to Serenity Spa for over a year. The Spa is very clean & very relaxing. I get facials from Susan who does a great job. She gives many different types of facials, my favorite being the hydro facial. She also does microdermabrasions & chemical facial peels. She is very professional and is able to answer any questions regarding skin care. My skin looks & feels amazing since going to Serenity. The prices are very reasonable & worth the price. I always look forward to my facials.

Getting facials from Susan is the epitome of treating myself. From micro dermabrasion to hydra facials to chemical peels, Susan has transformed my skin while I enjoy the relaxing environment of her spa. Not just a facial as it includes my neck and upper chest. Removing dry skin, dead skin cells and deep hydration. Make up always looks so much better on smooth skin.

I’m usually skeptical of getting massages because I have had bad experiences in the past. For Christmas this year I received a gift certificate for serenity spa salon for a massage, I figured why not try it out and see what happens. I went in there and the overall atmosphere was nice, great customer service, i was offered my choice of a glass of wine, water, coffee or tea! I mean the name says it all it was serenity, my Massage therapist was very nice her name was Liz and such a pleasure she worked with my schedule which is a plus for me because I normally don’t have much free time. The massage room was so relaxing and calm a nice quaint little room with excellent mood lighting. I had a hand and foot scrub add on with my choice of a variety of flavors. 100% recommended!

I was gifted a 30 min massage and to get my hair done for my birthday. As soon as you walk into the spa it is relaxing! The massage was amazing, the room wasn't too cold of overly scented. Once I got up they have me a glass with water and walked me over and introduced me to Bonnie, whom would be doing my hair. It was a warm hand off I didn't have to wait to see her. Bonnie was great. I was suppose to just get my hair styled but half way through her washing my hair I changed my mind and wanted to add highlights. She never skipped a beat. She said absolutely and immediately started drying my hair. I kept apologizing for changing the plan and she never once acted like it was an inconvenience (which I'm sure it was). I would definitely go back!
