Upscale Hair Salon

Shay hooked my friends hair up. Wish I had taken more pictures of her decorations and new renovations. She also spruced my hair backup while I was in town.

Yesterday was my 1st time going to Upscale Hair Salon The owner Shay is super nice and very personable. She is very knowledgeable about hair care and did a great job caring for my hair and styling my hair. Her shop is very clean and organized. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Shay and Upscale Hair Salon.

I've been to this shop several times & even with a different stylist. My favorite thing about my stylist(owner-Shay) is that she schedules appointments without over-booking and gets you in and out (even if she has to multitask) After at least 3 appointments, I was in the chair within 10-30 minutes. The environment is professional and appropriate for all ages. She checks in with you to make sure you're comfortable and she accommodates for your request. This is how you Build and Keep clientele!! And all of the Ladies in the shop have very pleasant spirits!! #VeryPleased

I moved from Maryland a few years ago and I was worried about finding a hair stylist. A coworker introduced me to this salon, in particular Shea. It's an amazing place with a great ambience! The staff is very friendly and I have to say when I leave my hair is flawless! I highly recommend Upscale Hair Salon.

I moved to Rock Hill in 2016, & I struggled for the first 3 years finding a beautician to care for my natural hair every two weeks. My hair begin to thin out, break off, & needed to be retrained. I’ve been seeing Ms. Shay since 2019, & my hair is fuller, healthier, & longer! Along with her great personality, she’s knowledgeable & truly cares about her clients & their needs!

Shay was the best, she literally transformed my hair. And she TREATS your hair, with certain products and set you under the dryer.. She gives your hair the TLC that it needs in order to grow.. She doesn't just style it. When you leave there you know that you have established somewhere that you know you can go to on an ongoing basis for hair CARE. Thank you so much Shay for getting me on track to a healthy head of hair. If you don't go to Upscale Hair Salon. You missed it, Sorry 😞

Was a little skeptical because i didn't know anyone who had been there personally but i was very impressed! I love my hair! Reasonably priced. Glad to have found a great stylist in this area. Go visit Shea!
