Creighton is AWESOME. Full stop. I tried a little DIY trim at home, got halfway in, and realized I was about three snips away from starring in a cautionary YouTube tutorial. Creighton swooped in like a salon superhero and rescued me before I crossed the point of no return. Now I’m rocking a long shag that’s low-maintenance, high-impact, and officially restored my Moxie. Curly hair isn't always fair hair, but Creighton worked magic. No ponytails for this holiday season. I’m letting these curls live their best life. Creighton is curly hair approved

1 group of ladies with a nasty nasty attitude. I first off had to cancel my appointment because I have a high demand job which they said was fine the call me back with a appointment never did so I had to call back 3 times to actually get a appointment she made it for 430 I repeated by the time the lady said yes ma'am so I show up a 430 and I was greeted with are you Jennifer across the salon I said yes I am she yell your late and you have to call back up her to get a reschedule I told her I was quoted 430 and confirmed 430 she yelled you will have to call back and go through that dumb crap off phone chasing forget it I will go somewhere where I am appreciated and that place definitely didn't. Little did she know I was about to give her alit of clients with my granddaughters and coworkers but nope I want be take to like that i will take my business somewhere else

Isabella did an amazing job! She curled my hair so quickly, but still made it look beautiful and polished. Super professional, friendly, and efficient—I’ll definitely be coming back to her again! 🤍

Amanda was extremely rude and disrespectful. She talked badly about other clients and was just super unprofessional, I don't get how she's still working there with that ugly attitude. She also was so rough working on my hair, and left it completely damaged. Do not go to Amanda. The receptionist was not welcoming at all, just giving rude stares. If you don't like your job, don't work there. Plain and Simple.

Isabella and her team worked hard to get my hair the way I pictured it! They were patient when I asked to come in the next day to get it fixed up more towards my liking. Isabella is such a sweet lady and will be intentional in conversation as she works so wonderfully to tailor to your needs! It was great! Highly recommend!

I went here for some simple balayage looking highlights, I left with half the hair I had before, painful chemical burns and was still expected to pay $150. They said they don’t do refunds either, my hair looked like ramen noodles and fell out in chunks after the stylist started brushing it. My hair was all over the floor, I cried terrible. She damaged my hair beyond repair. On top of that, she did not even finish drying my hair and refused to style it when she was done. She knew what she had done. I brought her a doctors note the next day, the doctor diagnosed me with chemical burns all over my scalp. My medicine was $5 and she would not even pay for that. The manager was rude and unhelpful as well. I finally got a refund after multiple calls and threatening to sue all the next day. It was very unprofessional, the lady met me in a parking lot and was rude and had a lot to say there as well. I will forever be traumatized by this terrible experience. I didn’t get an apology, even after asking for one.

My personal experience the past 3 times I’ve come here has been alright other than most walk ins are not welcome ( even it the sign says so ) . Especially men, the workers have thier regulars that are mostly ladies. And every time I try to walk in I get ignored and looked at like they don’t want me there. They try to take advantage any way they can. This recent time about a week ago, this lady asked me multiple times if I wanted my eyebrows and beard trimmed so she can make some extra money. I’m going through a really difficult time right now and financially struggling . She took one look at me and judged a book by its cover and shaved it anyways and charged me extra . That’s wrong and illegal actually but whatever .
