If you haven’t been PLUSHH’d, I highly recommend you do so post COVID 19. When I moved, my stylist extraordinaire and dear friend for 10+ years, Ranya, I was lost. Ranya takes such good care of my luscious natural curly tresses, I drove four hours for an appointment. She’s such a beautiful person inside and out, she genuinely referred me to a local stylist to avoid the long commute. It wasn’t about the money, it was the authentic love she has for her clients. Ranya’s gifted hands is just one of the many reasons I would drive four hours and returned home in the same day. That speaks volumes to the exceptional stylist and level of professional service she provides. She shares her expertise and product knowledge so my hair can look its best in between appointments. I have to admit, I’m a demanding client but because she kind, caring, and knows her stuff she always give me her best recommendation with confidence. I’m a client for life! Plushh is a upscale salon with a luxurious atmosphere and the entire Plushh experience from start to finish is superb! Now GO GET PLUSHH’d!!!!

This place has GOT to be the best kept secret in Rochester! I've been looking for a salon that was clean, had professional staff and was close to home and this was it. I was driving home from work one day and saw an African American woman leaving this location (with her hair LAID) and quickly did a U-turn to find out WHO and WHERE she came from. I went inside this cute little place situated on Stone Road and immediately fell in love. Not only was the it clean and neat inside, one of the ladies (Ting) greeted me as if I were a long time client. That in and of itself made me smile right away. I have had several issues with my hair (won't go in THAT right now) and I explained those issues with her and her skill and understanding made it easy for her to execute what I was looking for. I am natural and have 3c/4a hair type and she was easily able to trim away my split ends which gave my hair a healthy new look which made styling for me a breeze!! I checked out their other services (this time I opted for just a silk press) and I really want to try getting the micro link sew in soon and because of the other high ratings this place has received, I will probably do just that. I have so many good things to say about this place and was so impressed that I called them back to let them know what a great job she'd done and that she has a new client!! I'm excited about getting a sew in ( which I want to protect my hair in the cooler winter/fall months we're getting soon 😟) and I trust them completely to do it well. If you're looking for a place where you will always leave satisfied.....please check this place out! You will not be dissappointed! Also, when I got my silk press there were 2 things I noticed and LOVED about it: 1) there was NO SMOKE coming from the blow dryer as she knew what temperature was needed for my hair type/texture. Most places have the heat on the devil's temperature and will burn your hair so much so that you smell like burnt hair all day. No bueno. 2) when she flat ironed my hair there was also no smoke as well. And she used the right temperature....how do I know? My curls came back with NO issues when I was ready to wash my hair and it didn't revert when straight because she didn't break down my hair to thinness as most salons do. Great work ladies!!!! 😘😘😘
