I’ve been coming to Metro Salon for over 5 years. Bar none, the best blowouts, color and cuts ( not to mention shampoos) I’ve ever received in the Rochester area in the 40+ years I’ve lived here. The salon is bright and beautiful and very conveniently located. Staff is great. Products used are clean and keep my unruly hair tamed and smooth even on the most humid days and I go a week between shampoo / blowout (never needing to do my own hair!)

Stefania is very skilled, experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. I'm Egyptian, and some places don't know how to handle my hairtype, but Stefania is comfortable with a lot of different hairtypes. She listens to her customers and makes sure they are happy with the final result. The staff here are all so friendly and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Stefania is not only a great stylist, but a great human as well. Love my haircuts from her so much, I have curly hair and it’s never looked better. She uses clean products that have also completely improved my hair. Everyone who works there is friendly and makes the experience fantastic.

OMG, metros signature scent is amazing. Anyone into essential oils and aroma therapy i definitely recommend this scent. Stefania has a great selection of of other essential oils too.

Got a scalp treatment and a blowout. My appointment started about 20 minutes late, which wasn’t a big deal. While the scalp treatment was lovely, I have never been more disappointed with a blowout. I asked for bouncy hair with volume and was left with frizzy waves and my hair feeling overloaded with product. I wouldn’t recommend getting a blowout here.

Stefania has been cutting my hair for years, and she is wonderful. The cuts are consistent and consistently great. Stefania listens, makes suggestions, and creates with utmost attention to details. She is always respectful, friendly, and positive. The place is bright and beautiful. One could not ask for more.
