I had my hair done on Saturday. It was so last minute since I came from Toronto for a wedding in Rochester. First, she got back to me shortly after my call. Second, she opened her shop earlier just for me since she was booked for the day. Third, she did an awesome job with my hair! The curls & wave lasted not only all day & evening, I still have a beautiful styled hair until now(Sunday afternoon). No frizz at all. Her price was affordable, she was super nice, friendly & her name was Michelle. Highly recommend this place if you want to look stunning 🙂

I had the pleasure of getting a keratin treatment this morning by Michele! I loved the whole experience and most of all, Michele herself. She is a true professional, expert in hospitality, insightful and so warm. I truly enjoyed spending time with her! I would highly recommend this salon. I got a blowout done today by Shea and it was incredible! My hair felt so soft and smelled amazing when I left. She curled it at the end beautifully as well! Would recommend Shea to anyone 😊

After not getting the results I wanted at another salon, I came here to get what I actually wanted done and Michele exceeded my expectations!! She did highlights on my hair taking it from black to an ashy blonde, which I love. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered! Michele was very knowledgeable and clearly knows what she’s doing. If you’re looking for a stylist that you can trust and who will listen to you, come here! I would 12/10 recommend and will definitely be returning!

Jayme is great! She does an awesome job and never makes you feel rushed or unimportant. She was dedicated to turning my hair around and I'm forever grateful. The atmosphere is also nice and in a great part of Rochester, and the rest of the stylists seem super chill. Book with Jayme, you will not be disappointed!

The staff here are wonderful! I’ve had my hair done by multiple people here and they all do a great job. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and pay attention during service. Nice, clean parlor.
