Julianna Salon in Rochester

Julianna and her team truly went above and beyond to make my hair look amazing. Julianna is such a kind and sweet person. Extremely skilled stylist. Very appreciative of all the work she put into my curly hair!

The quality of the work is average. However, this salon is not honest and transparent with pricing. They charged me almost twice what is listed on the website for the service. The itemized receipt includes a service that is not even listed on their website and was not explained to me. There are no shortage of good hair salons in Rochester. I’d suggest taking your business to a more transparent salon.

I had the best experience at the South Ave salon! Amerie was warm and welcoming and gave me a great haircut. I was nervous about cutting my long hair short but I told her exactly what I was looking for and she delivered! Will definitely be going back!

When my hair stylist backed out the last minute and I was freaking out of how I’m going to get my hair done and get ready in three hours. I called and they were able to squeeze me in. I’m truly grateful! I can’t remember her name but she made sure I’m comfortable, sign when I can’t understand and I had a blast having a fun conversation with her. I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name but you truly made an impression and I’m definitely coming back. I felt a beautiful bride that day and I would never forget it! Thank you so much!!!!!

This salon is a gem! Friendly and pleasant atmosphere with easy scheduling. Extremely clean and spacious! Julianna is wonderful - she is so welcoming and down-to-earth. Great ideas for your hair! Colette has been coloring, cutting & styling my hair and she is amazing! People comment on loving my color every where I go! In the checkout line at the grocery line today a woman commented on my beautiful hair color! And Colette can blow out your hair to make you look (and feel) amazing!

THE BEST! Super talented, patient stylists in a gorgeous building. There is a little sitting area in the front, and water/tea and coffee are all available. Anna was outstanding, and my hair felt so healthy. Gorgeous job. The folks at this salon are kind, professional, and highly recommended. ❤️ Thanks for everything today.

I've been going to Colette for almost 2 years now for highlights and color. She is simply the best at what she does. I recommend her and Julianna Salon to all my friends. Everyone at the salon is so nice and welcoming.
