Susan Harrington (owner of Hair Extraordinaire - master stylist) is one of those people who was born/meant to be a hair stylist. She is extremely gifted, very experienced, and always professional. I've never ever had a bad experience in all my years of going to her salon, in her chair. Rochester is lucky to have her!

Had my hair cut today and was very satisfied with how Tara did my hair. She took her time and it was nice that she knew ASL which made our communication easier.. The hair place was very nice.. roomy, and clean. I felt very comfortable there. It ll be my place to get my hair done from now on.💜

Great Customer Care and Hair! Christina has cut my boys hair 3 times now and I am beyond impressed with her abilities. (My one son has a difficult cowlick) Also takes her time, both kids take the full 30 min. Prices are great, affordable!

I brought in a $45 Groupon for a color, she offered to cut my hair and the total would be $55. Not only did she dye my hair GREEN that washed out the next day but she also charged me $100 for the crappiest hair job I've ever gotten. I'd love to speak to the manager of She wants to email me. I'm 17 years old and don't even make much so I would never ever pay $100 for anything, especially not green hair. By the way, she only died the ends of my hair.
