DO or DYE BEAUTY + BARBER SHOP

Moved here from out of state and didn't have a hair stylist for our special needs son. Found this place online and loved the name. Our son loves it there! Jake is our guy and he is amazing. He listens to what my son asks for and makes sure it is still fine all the way until he's finished. It is a very welcoming place and I hope more people will find this helpful.

Katie is a very talented professional. I have never been less than 100 % satisfied with my haircut and style. She sees what is best for you and makes it happen!

I've been going here for about 3 years now. Some hairdressers have changed over time and i always get apprehensive when that occurs, as we all know it does... but? I've found out that here, it doesn't matter. Don't have any fears because the 3 hairdressers I've been to there? Not an issue at by any means! Enjoy the amenities, decor and space itself. I got hair and makeup for my 5/15/2021 wedding. nicole makeup taryn-hair When I was first planning my wedding I firmly decided I was going to do my own hair and makeup because I barely wear makeup and my hair is easy for me to work with and I didn’t want to spend the money for those things. About a month before the wedding my fiance convinced me that I wouldn’t want to worry about those things the day of and that it was in our budget. He was completely right! Do or Dye salon luckily had an opening for me (and one of my bridesmaids also). They came right to our hotel and Nicole and Taryn were so friendly and fun!!! Taryn did an incredible job following my ideas and working with my half short hair because I was growing out a shaved head. Nicole equally did a great job with my makeup and I looked flawless and gorgeous. She even gave me fake lashes that really pop in the pictures! I am so happy I decided to have my hair and makeup done. I learned its ok to pamper yourself on your wedding day!

Iris is so amazing!! My son got a hack job cut at the barber in Gates and she did the impossible!!! She blended it so well you would never know. I've learned to go to Iris first after many harsh lessons lol. The atmosphere is really chill too.

I absolutely love my new hair! Nicole did an AMAZING job. She was so sweet and nice, knew how to hold a conversation, and did exactly what I wanted! My first time going, and I will most definitely be going back! I along with all of my friends and family love my hair! P.S fairly priced!

This is a great barber/ beauty shop. The interior is designed with a ton of creativity and makes for a really enjoyable, relaxing experience. But the cuts are what really sets the place apart. Katie (owner) is incredible. Her experience is self evident, and she has an amazing ability to listen to what the customer is envisioning and then making it happen. She's also made great hires and everyone there is friendly and very talented at what they do. Highly recommend!
