She took the time to explain every product she used on my hair and made sure I understood each step of the process, which I really appreciated. Nalani never rushed and paid close attention to every detail. My hair turned out absolutely amazing — I truly love her work! I left feeling confident and refreshed. I can’t wait to see her again. I love going to Karen Allen! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, from the time you walk in until you leave. They don’t try to upsell you on products or services, which I appreciate very much. Kelsi, who does my hair, is so detail oriented and a joy to talk to. Naomi does my facials and she is always so attentive to my skin needs. My Karen Allen time is my "me time"…and I am grateful for how they’ve always respected that and help make it happen every time.

I went for a balyage service. Got it done from Lani. She needed to take assistance from other stylists on the color. Still had to tone it twice, and did not achieve the color/look i wanted. Added a K18 treatment which I did not want, but she refused to work on my hair if didn’t get that treatment. I have never had such an experience in any other salon. Not at all worth the money and time. I feel the amount they charge for a L1 stylist can be matched to a way better, experienced stylist in any other salon. I had high hopes reading the reviews on google. But don’t go for an L1 stylist here. Please ask for their experience beforehand.

Lindsey was super helpful and fun to talk with! She took on a pixie cut for me and styled it really cute. She made sure I was happy throughout the process and welcomed feedback if I wanted anything changed. The salon was very nice and other staff were friendly. The shoulder and arm/hand massages were complimentary and $20 was taken off since I was a first time customer. Great and fun experience!

I just got an amazing haircut and I'm really happy with it! Jennifer's attention to detail is impressive - she truly strives for perfection. My haircut and beard trim were the best I've ever had, and it's clear she genuinely cares about making sure you leave her chair feeling great. Hands down, five stars!
