I cannot say enough amazing things about Jason and the entire team at Shenanigans! From the moment you walk in, the environment is warm, welcoming, and such a vibe — you immediately feel comfortable, pampered, and excited to be there. I’m a soon-to-be bride, currently on my journey to blonde starting from a brown base, and Jason has been nothing short of incredible every step of the way. He truly listens, explains the process thoroughly, and prioritizes the health and integrity of your hair while still delivering absolutely stunning results. I’ve never felt rushed or unsure — only confident and excited after every appointment. Jason’s talent is top tier. His attention to detail, color expertise, and overall skill level are unmatched. He treats your hair like a work of art and makes sure you leave feeling your absolute best. Not only is he insanely knowledgeable, but he’s also kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients and their goals. I don’t leave reviews period! But I been going to Charlie for 5 years now! She always bring my hair back to to life after I fried my own hair. Shes the only one I trust with my hair! I even trust her with my baby girls hair! It was her first haircut and hair color! Thank you Charlie for an amazing job on my hair and my daughters hair !!

I had my appointment with Whitney and she was very helpful and patient with me. She fixed a messy diy bleach job. She explained everything and answered all my questions and she did not pressure or push me to get a service she could tell I didn't really want but gave me a color I can live with until my hair recovers and we can play with it again. Whitney was overall really nice and understanding!! I took pictures of her station because she had roses and some inspirational signs/quotes.

Very easy to make an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The stylist helped my daughter feel comfortable and pick an amazing style that looks great on her! Loved it so much we made another appointment for my other daughter right away.

I won’t say any names of the stylist because he was overall very sweet but wow I usually never complain I figured it’s fine I will just let it grow out… but it’s growing out so terribly I have to wear my hair up everyday I have even cried about how ugly I feel with my hair cut. I would never come here again.

I’ve been to this salon a few times. My first visit was great, respectful service and a result I was happy with. Unfortunately, my last two experiences, especially with Jason, were disappointing. His attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. Despite communicating clearly about the style I wanted and being open to pricing, he kept questioning my budget and responded with eye rolls and snarky remarks. During my most recent visit, I brought up a concern about breakage in my bangs from a previous appointment and politely asked that he avoid starting with them this time. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, he became defensive and told me he didn’t feel comfortable doing my hair. At that point, I was actually relieved, his negative attitude made me uncomfortable from the start. While the receptionist was kind and professional, Jason’s behavior was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I’ve had better service elsewhere, and it’s disappointing to be treated this way as a returning customer.

I went in as an emergency you can say as I had attempted to do my own highlights as my hair was growing out. Big mistake! It was orange and yellow. I booked with Bridgett online and she did absolutely amazing! She took the time to look at my hair and carefully figure out how she was going to fix it for me. She was so nice and sweet and will be definitely recommending her to family and friends! Thanks girl again! You saved me!
