Shear Rio Hair Salon

If I could give this place negative stars I most definitely would. I have NEVER had an experience this awful. I went in for my appt and waited TWO HOURS before they called me back. I was ready to go but waited because I couldn’t find a place to get me in before 2 weeks That was MY mistake for waiting. The stylist was unprofessional, stepped out for smoke breaks and who else knows what. I asked for an inch off my hair that I had been growing for 4 years and she cut off 4in. The hair cut was choppy and not even what I wanted I regret waiting and even showing up. There’s more I’d add into the review if I could. Will be recommending friends nd family to avoid this salon at any given chance

Am so glad I found Britney as she is absolutely amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on my color and couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend her to everyone.

Britney is the best. She’s been cutting out hair for several years and has always done an amazing job.

Britney is absolutely amazing at what she does. I always leave Shear Rio happy. Britney listens to what I want, and figures out the best way to deliver. Her work always meets, and exceeds my expectations. The salon is super cute, welcoming, and professional. I love that I can have a fresh cup of coffee while I get my hair done. This is the perfect family salon too. I take my kids to Britney, and they love her, and that they can watch movies or play games while getting their hair done.

Megan did an amazing job and prices were awesome! I'm a forever client with her! I asked for Carmel and blonde highlights!

Wasn't sure how a new Salon and Hairdresser were going to work for me. Just getting in from Montana and having hair that does not preform like it should with color, kind of made me nervous. I read reviews and decided to request an Appointment. They got back to me the very next morning being that they were closed. You walk in and it is a spacious, cozy salon. I was greeted by the owner and my Style Technician for the next hour and a half. Brittany was extremely friendly and put you at ease. She assessed the situation and colored it exactly the way I asked. I usually have to restyle after I am done, but NOT HERE. Brittany knew exactly what she is doing. I suggest if you don't want to worried about getting someone who is not educated enough to trust something that has a direct effect on your self esteem, that you call Shear Rio and book with Brittany!

Britney is amazing. She took the time to listen and watch a video of a specific haircut I wanted. Then cut my hair just like she saw. I have never been to a salon that someone puts that much effort into a haircut and Britney did. I love my hair cut. Britney thanks for taking the time and giving me your full attention I appreciate you so much.
