Coastal Color Salon

I completely fried my hair bleaching it. It was completely breaking and had lots of different blond and orange tones. I got a same-day appointment and Savannah fixed it and it looks absolutely beautiful. It's still damaged from my doing but she suggested treatments and what she did softened it immensely. I went out today and I got compliments. Thank you so much Savannah 😘

I see Autumn regularly for haircuts and semi-regular color, and she is consistently excellent. My hair looks and feels amazing every time I leave the salon. Beyond her talent, the salon itself has a great vibe. It feels welcoming, stylish, and relaxing. I always look forward to my appointments and highly recommend both Autumn and Coastal Color.

If I can give 0 stars I would. $237 for balayage and this is what I got. Last pic was the inspo. Not only was the service horrible they would not give me a refund. What’s worse is the fact they blew out and curled my hair and did not "notice" how blotchy and off color it was. I should have did my research on this place but the 5 star Google review had me fooled I see now they are all fake. After talking to several people this seems to be a pattern. Stay far away and don’t be fooled by these reviews! They might respond and say we could have fixed it but they could not fix it the day I reached out and I was not walking around like this. They wouldn’t even refund the amount I had to pay another stylist to fix it for me. The point is this should have never happened. Beware of this salon and due to their lack of understanding and due diligence I’ll make it my life’s mission to tell everyone I know never to go here.

I had the absolute best experience with Silvana! I came in for a balayage/color correction and she worked pure magic. She is so talented and gave me exactly what I was hoping for. On top of that, she is incredibly sweet, kind, and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment such a pleasure. I left feeling amazing, and her work truly speaks for itself. I can’t recommend her enough—thank you, Silvana!

Autumn is an amazing hair stylist! My hair was brownish orangish and she was able to make me a beautiful bright blonde in one session. She is super chill and fun to talk too! She made me feel super comfortable and I just knew from the moment I met her she’d meet my wants and needs. I 10/10 recommend her!

Service was not as expected, was unaware I would be cut by a student & not made aware that this was a teaching salon. This is not the learning stylists fault as she was not set up for success. The education leader was unable to help me so I had to wait on another stylist to fix my hair - and she did her best but was not able to rectify the damages done by the first cut. I am pregnant and sat there crying for 3 hours during my service. I had to go to another salon and the owner there made things better but I will have to wait 3 months to get this fully fixed. I will say that everyone was kind about the issue but the skill of the salon is not what I would have expected. I would not suggest this salon. The bottom line is I didn’t go to a salon to socialize but to have my hair cut and that was not done to an acceptable level. Update to reply to owner: I did not make any false statements in my review. I knew the response from your team would accept zero responsibility after looking through the review replies on previous reviews from you. Your team attempted to fix the issue, unfortunately, as your team doesn’t schedule time for "these types of mistakes" I do not plan my schedule around getting a 1hr hair service, turned 3 hour service with terrible results and having to come back a 2nd on a day I am not available. In every reply you have found a way to place blame on others. Best of luck to you and your business but, I will never be returning and will make sure everyone I know knows about my experience as it is only fair to uniformed individual.

This is my new spot! I cannot say enough good things about the service, the people & the vube! Silvana did my hair today and did a phenomenal job! My hair is just what I asked for and we both got laughing so hard we were crying. This will forever be my go to spit for all of my haircare needs!
