Hands down best salon in town! I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years and couldn’t see myself going elsewhere. You walk in and immediately feel like family. My girl Mikayla works her magic every single time. I make the drive out to Richmond Hill just to come here. 10/10!

I had an amazing experience at Cloud 10! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I came in for blonde color, and my stylist truly worked magic. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained the process, and made sure my hair stayed healthy throughout. The result? I am really not happy about this place, even one month later. In early June, one day I made an appointment by a phone call. When I arrived, they didn’t arrange accordingly. Then I had to wait until someone was in a big hurry to gave me a two minutes haircut. I am not exaggerating, yes , 2 minutes, a few moves of the scissors without any skill. She simply and abruptly shortened the end of my hair because her costumer had arrived… I was charged a full price, plus a tip totally 53 dollars. What a rip off!! I left there with a puny apology from the owner (I guess). Very bad experience and I will never come back this salon again. Very disappointed!!

LOVE this salon. The space itself is always clean & the vibe is sophisticated comfort, much more old world than all of the shiny industrialized salons everywhere - it is a much preferred vibe. The stylists are all great and they are super sweet & friendly. Mikayla is a Rockstar. She helped me get my hair to where I loved it! I had struggled in the past to find a great stylist that could make my blonde beautiful. She did it in one visit. She also installed extensions that she matched perfectly to my hair. She is amazing. She also made my dreams come true when I wanted to go red. Cannot recommend her or this salon enough!!!

This review is just on 1 particular stylist. I came to see Cassie for hair color and to get a move up for my 2 rows of extensions. She did color and all was fine. When she got into my extensions I could tell the bottom row felt way lower and commented on that as well. She did not show me the back and just took a pic of the front. I should have asked to see the back. After getting home and looking in the mirror I noticed my extensions did not blend at all. I contacted her and she said we needed fo cut my natural hair more or color it. I told her I felt like the extension placement was not right (it wasn’t). She had me come in and also same day asked me to come 30 minutes earlier…and I did. I get there and she said basically cutting or coloring was the only fix not actually putting my extensions in the right way. She said she didn’t have time… I asked her to secure them on the edges because they were lifting bad she said "we will make an appointment " after me driving 1 hour round trip. So.. my appointment was 2 days after. The night before at 7:30 she texts me and says "I forgot my kids did not have school, I Am seeing if my husband can be here" I wait 2 hours and nothing so I text her around 9 And she says she can’t do the appointment. I end up getting my extensions fixed and they were not installed correctly. My bottom weft was supposed to go On top and my top on the bottom, its the way they were cut and blended when I got them. Also, they were at the base of my neck hanging and the beads were the wrong color. I asked her for a refund and she said no. I only asked for a refund on the extension move up part not my color. Its just not right at all.
