Love!! I had an apportionment booked with a stylist, when she called sick they super easily switched my stylist to Nina! She did a wonderful job—I had a full highlight and trim and she did it fast and really well. Super friendly stylists and management. I love coming here.

So I had gone in to another place 2weeks ago and they so messed up the hair color and cut .I was in the area of tangerine stopped by and showed them to see if they could fix.they made me and appointment for today. She did and amazing job.so went up to pay like close to 275 with color low and high lites, hair cut ,conditioning and couple other things my hair was so fried when I came in .so any how.There was this lady at the counter asking me questions didn’t think any thing of it ,turn to pay and she said someone paid and I didn’t owe anything.I was shocked I said what and she told me someone paid it forward and took care of it.i asked if I could leave tip for the lady who did my hair..and gave her a tip and walked out in shock still ..to the person who paid for me today ,god bless you and I want to let you know I was feeling really down .just moved here and this happened.it really shows how people are so kind and loving here ,thank you so much .husband and I went to a place to eat a paid it forward to 2 customers afterwards. This was a great place to have your hair done..

My experience of this place was terrible. I thought finally found someone I liked locally ( it’s local so I wanted to give it another try). I liked Liz but she suddenly cancelled my appointment the same day. I was told to come in the next day and given a blonde haired lady instead. I showed her a picture of the permanent blond highlights I wanted. I told her similar to her blond hair. I came out with black highlights on grey hair and felt so upset. I had waited a month for the prev color to grow out and also took another day off work after the prev day cancellation. When I spoke to the manager she was rude, arrogant and obnoxious and tried to blame me for the mistake of her clearly undertrained staff. She told me not to complain and not to come back. VERY RUDE..DO NOT GO THERE!

Our experience was fantastic!! From the moment we walked through the door, everyone was smiling and treated is well. my daughter was getting a wash, dry and getting hair straightened. The stylist had never done hair that was extremely course, curly. Yuliana did wonderful. My child was smiling and so happy with her new hair style. Addie did her eyebrows and did wonderful. We will make another appointment . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT SERVICE

This was my first at Tangerine. My daughter Isabella recommended them and their stylist Lexi. Lexi is fantastic…she listened to all my concerns about my dry, thinning hair. She recommended certain products to help…without high pressure sales. I’m new to Reno…so happy I now have a wonderful place to pamper myself! Lexi will now be my go to gal for all my hair needs!🤗

I have seen Courtney twice for eyebrow wax and laminate. She is so friendly and amazing! Literally causes no pain, and is so detailed. Highly recommend her! I got a haircut from Yulianna for the first time and immediately booked a highlight after. She is very gentle for those with tender scalps, and she gave me some tips to get my hair a little more hydrated, as well as product recommendations for my sensitive scalp. I will definitely be making this my salon even though it’s 45 minutes away, and I look forward to trying some of their spa treatments in the future!

I missed my appointment which is on me for not adding it to my calendar, but being charged $150 for no show when I was just coming in to touch up the bleach on my roots is ridiculous. The cost was not communicated before hand. The manager had very poor customer service. Kept telling me i should have known the cost because i had a baliage several years ago and made sure to tell me that the owners husband is a lawyer. I don't mind paying for no show but $150 is unreasonable. Just an overpriced salon with mid service. Cassandra did a great job with my cut a few weeks ago. The stylist isn't the salon. But this salon isn't worth is for me. Side note, someone should really dust the pier one decor. Pretty gross.
