I did wait a while to post a review so it would be an honest one. Let's start with I found this salon after another salon messed up my layers. I met with Ann she said she could try and even it out but it wouldn't be 100%. I went for it and after the first visit I didn't see much of a difference but I know it would take time. When I went back I decided to go very short and start all over growing my hair out. Because paying 75$ to walk out and see no difference wasn't working for me. So Ann cut it short. I walked out feeling better I didn't have those horrible layers from before. But, the day after I washed it straighten it and noticed my right front side was longer. I knew I had my appt coming up for color so I held off on telling her since I would have her correct it my next appt. Hair color day came I have dark brown / black colored hair. I wanted to go light which requires bleaching I knew that I've had blonde hair before. I've done this process before. She couldn't get it to lighten up and it got that orange /red color you get when bleaching well I paid 300$ for that only the front of my hair was bleached and roots touched up for 300$ on top of that she corrected her mistake and charged me for it so I paid for a trim that she should have done out of courtesy because I already had paid that my last appt and she failed to see my hair wasn't even. I'm disappointed that i walked out not feeling happy with results and over paying for just bleached on the front of my hair and a trim that she didn't do well the first time. This is my experience with Ann shes a super sweet gal. But for the hair cut and color I've received it seems far her prices or prices for the salon should be lower based on the stylist experience.

Windy cut my hair shorter than I asked and only asked about the length after cutting it. 💔 She also used excessive heat by straightening it first, which I didn’t like. I’ve had professional cuts before without that step. The salon itself had a nice atmosphere—good AC, pleasant scent, lots of natural light, and nice music.

I received the worst hair cut I have ever gotten in my 53 years by Anita. I also brought a picture and she still managed to ruin my hair. He was very nice but clearly limited in her skills.

This is the perfect place to come if you love luxury. The beauty salon has a certain style of contemporary luxury. Their hair stylists are modern and up to date with hair style trends. All their team are professional and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I walked in with my kids and made us feel so special, and the team was very attentive with us. I am scrupulous about my hair, and I walked out extremely satisfied with my haircut. If you're a mom and need to keep up with new hair style trends, this is the place.

Great service from walking in to leaving. You feel most welcomed and get offered beverages during your service. The stylists are equipped with great expertise, they won't disappoint. Been there 3 times and they sure know how to maintain a customer! Clean and professional. Love the haircuts and toning. Rare to find such good hands in one place. I understand the inflation has affected every business, that's why I'm a bit bummed about the rise in prices.
