Been going to Kathy here for years and my haircuts and color are always just right! I appreciate her expertise and precision, especially with my razored pixie cuts and keeping me various shades of blond. I enjoy her company and we always have plenty to talk about too. Knowing I can count on her means so much!

I went to Kathy for a Keratin treatment and she did an amazing job! She was so accommodating with my schedule and is very friendly. She took her time and was not rushed which I appreciated. She makes you feel at home and loves talking with you. She has a passion for what she does which shows in her work, and she is very knowledgeable about the beauty field. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you're taken care of. She also helped me get the products I needed for after care and educated me about the process.

I have been going to Kathy for 4 years. It took awhile to find someone who could cut and highlight my hair the way I liked it. She is amazing at what she does. Totally recommend her for all your hair needs and more. I will follow her where ever she may go.

Jade Beauty Lounge is the best salon in Redlands. Kathy is an absolute hair professional. She cuts all types of hair and knows all of the trends and latest techniques. I go to her for olaplex treatments, cuts, color, and lately balayage. I have terrible thin stringy hair but get constant compliments because of her. She does a lot of special events and weddings, which means women trust her on the most important day of their lives! She is extremely good at hair extensions. She's also certified for facials and other beauty treatments. I would never go anywhere else now that I go to her. I regret all those years I spent money on trying to find the right stylist only for them to do what THEY wanted to my hair and never feeling happy with the end result. I know Kathy will always deliver exactly what I asked for and it always looks better than what I envisioned.

I had an AMAZING experience coming here! Kathy listened to my every concern and gave me a Wonderful new style! She is so knowledgable and talented! The environment was calm and inviting; I was really able to relax while I got my hair cut and enjoy a beer(she has beverages).
