Called and got an appointment for later that morning (not basing my rating on that, because even if I hadn’t been able to do so that is totally reasonable). She gave me a great, quick haircut and shampoo, as I had worked a twelve hour shift prior in a hat and my hair was a bit oily. No complaints from the stylist, though! She was friendly and did a terrific job. All of the staff are super polite and personable - great experience.

Mary is great needed a trim n my hair thind shes did an amazing job also need eye brows waxed it was fast n they look great. Had to work after asked her to throw it in a bun she made it look beautiful.

I would not recommend getting a wax here, especially not one that exposes you. I feel bad because the woman waxing me was kind, however the hygiene of the room and table was awful and if I hadn’t been on a time crunch I would have walked out. I have been waxed at several places, all put down paper on the tables. This place put towels on the table that were heavily stained and i honestly am not sure they had been washed. The head rest of the table was covered in other people’s hair. The room itself was dusty and the person waxing me kept going into bins for more supplies but didn’t change gloves. The prices posted online are also incorrect. A Brazilian was advertised as $57 but I was charged $75.

I called and left a message about talking to somebody about a new hairdo. It's been about a week and no one has called me back. I'm updating my review from one star to four stars because someone actually called me back and they were able to get me in right away. That was happy to get my first perm in a very long time. The staff were friendly.

Took my teenage son in for a perm. Simple, just the top of the head. Showed the stylist what he wanted and chose the rods. I had to run a 15 minute errand for my dad and came back to her wrapping. Of her own choosing, she wrapped his hair in a spiral curl pattern. Not only did she not ask me if that's what he wanted, I was given an upcharge for a curl pattern I wasn't asked about AND looks awful. It hasn't even been an hour and the entire bottom has fallen out. I previously had an amazing experience here but this one left me feeling like I was getting ripped off.

lori cuts my whole families hair, she does my nails and colors my hair on occasion, shes extremely nice and does a great job every single time. Definitely recommended this place!
