She took the time to ask what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and absolutely nailed the cut. The fade was clean, the neckline was sharp, and she made sure everything looked perfect before I left. On top of that, the conversation was easy and the overall vibe was relaxed—exactly what you want when you sit down for a fresh cut. Welp, just had my last haircut ever at the man salon. Been a loyal customer for 6 years but the haircuts have declined noticeably in recent months. Today specifically my stylist took a grand total of 9 minutes (in a 30 minute reservation block) and did not offer a wash, which I double checked and yes it is still included in the price. The attention to detail was totally lacking and now I’m going to have to go to a real barber to get it cleaned up. I’m not going to publicly blast the specific stylist but management, I’m sure you can look up who did a haircut for Chris G at 2:30pm, west main location, on January 9th. Maybe have a chat about what’s included in your services before you lose more customers.

Izzie has cut my hair twice in a row now and each time I was very pleased with the results! She worked with me through suggestions and does a great job, all while keeping an engaging conversation. I also love the location; it’s spacious and the staff is always quick, friendly, and professional. My experience at West Main man salon has been more than satisfactory and I intend to continue getting my haircut here for the foreseeable future!

I absolutely love this place! I see Isabel B. when I come in. She is the Queen of Fades and takes great care of me! Anyone in need of a great fade or if you are curious what a good fade could do for you, I definitely recommend Isabel B at the West Main location. The reception staff are excellent as well. They put a smile on my face the moment I walked in. Overall best experience I have had getting a haircut. Walked out standing tall and feeling amazing, what else could you ask for?!

I traveled over 10 plus hours while on a spur of the moment Vacation to go and see Alesha Turner and get my hair done and styled and she did an AMAZING Job, Hands Down! 10/10 Recommend! She listened to everything that I explained I wanted done, and did an exceptional job at my hair and shown me several different ways to style the new haircut!
