I've seen Valleri twice now, she's amazing! Outstanding job on the color and also listening to what I wanted for a cut. The salon has a good vibe!

Yesterday, I came in with an appointment at 3:30 pm for a curly perm with Natalia, first time coming to this salon. Environment was very welcoming, and clean! I showed Natalia what I wanted, a curly perm with volume but considering my different hair texture etc…half of my hair ended up being more wavy than curly (although I kept my length but only trimmed by bangs) to be honest. But Natalia did help with consulting to help enhance the look with products. I paid $250, a little pricey than the last perm i got from a different place. Not exactly what I wanted for my hair but I still left satisfied! Overall, this place is nice if you’re looking for salons near Quincy.

Brought my teen daughter in for a cut. It was a terrible cut. Too many layers that were cut very short and her bangs were cut very short .This was not discussed before the haircut. It looks like a mullet! What was discussed was to reshape and get rid of dead ends.Thankfully it'll grow out.

I always leave HPO happy! Bri V. Has been doing my hair for years, she’s done highlights, coloring, and balayage (also waxes my brows and spray tans). Her bright and fun attitude make going to the hair salon less of a chore and something I look forward to. HPO’s environment is welcoming, clean and hospitable 🙂

I’ve been going to my hair dresser for over 20 years. I had found out that she was out of the Country, back in two months. So I called HOP, they had a cancellation available. My first experience was incredible!. My hair stylist, Nichole was amazing! Hospitality is important to me. I noticed walking in, all of the staff, from greeting at the front desk, cleanliness of the shop to Nichole, then beverage service was offered… I was blowned away! The owner really thought out of every details. My hair was mid to my back and needed a lot of TLC. Being at a new place for the first time, I came in scared hoping she’s friendly, so I showed Nichole a picture of what I wanted. She listened, gave me some of her recommendations and we met up in the middle. Thank you for your expertise, as I am beyond excited for my new look!. I feel 5 pounds lighter & a million bucks! I will be back with my High Schooler! TS
