I booked a cut and color appointment and later received a call to reschedule because the stylist was out. During that call, I was informed that drying my hair after the service would be an additional charge — something that was never disclosed when I originally booked. I questioned why a service that requires washing the hair wouldn’t include a basic dry, and was told it "always" costs extra, followed by a defensive "Really? Who?" when I mentioned other salons include it. The issue wasn’t the small fee — it was the lack of transparency and the unprofessional attitude when I asked a reasonable question. Between the last-minute reschedule and surprise add-on charge, I decided to cancel. Clear pricing and respectful communication go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark.

My family and I have been going to Louis Anthony Hair Salon for over 14 years. Sally has mostly done our hair…she is an exceptional technician! The best we have ever had. All the staff is amazing and have done our hair on occasion. I have mostly used Darcy and Katherine when Sally has not been available. They are both excellent stylists! We love the welcoming feel of Louis Anthony! Maria who runs the front desk is a treasure. She is always kind and welcoming with a ready smile. The owner, Karen, is always quick with a cheery hello! We love all the staff…Billy, Anthony, Patty and Bailey. We love our neighborhood salon! The best! Fran and Family

I’ve been going to Louis Anthony Salon for about 2.5-3 years now and absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough. The customer service is elite. When I first called, I was looking for a new hair dresser and weary because my old hair dresser had done my hair for a long time and was no longer doing hair. Maria knew exactly what I wanted and booked me an appointment with Kat. Kat is the BEST - she doesn’t miss. Over the past ~3 years, we’ve gone from super blonde to much darker and she handles my transitions flawlessly. Even the blowout can last me up to a week! I have a lot of hair so an appointment can be 5-6 hours and the team at Louis Anthony always makes sure I feel comfortable, offering drinks, snacks and chats. If your looking for a new salon, I can’t recommend them enough. As a woman who really loves and takes care of her hair, trust me you, won’t regret it. (Also there’s a parking lot!!!)

I have been going to Karen, owner of Louis Anthony for as long as I can remember. The professionalism, talent and ease of getting your hair processed, far exceeds many salons. I look around and all staff are so engaged with their customers. It’s nice that atleast one or two hours of your day is just that … "all about you". Highly recommend.

Great salon, super friendly staff and always attentive to what style/color you’re asking for. I took a shot in the dark coming here and have stayed ever since!

I started seeing Katherine a little over 6 months ago and can't say enough good things! Always come out feeling great, love the time and conversation, clean and well kept salon & always happy with my cut and color. Finding a stylist and salon can be difficult, but I'm now a loyal customer!
