Supercuts

I booked online and knew they were busy from the booking times available. No problem. I walked in 20 minutes before my booked time and she said that I would be next although they all just took new clients. That was fine. Two other customers walked in after me and they were seated for hair cuts before me. When I asked if I was still listed I was told yes but the customers who came in specifically requested certain hair stylists and I did not. I asked if I should pick a stylist while booking online next time and was told no but I’d be next again with a half assed apology. She then proceeded to tell someone else to make sure and get me next. I felt like I was just being passed along and BSed. I walked out. Set proper expectations with your customers and you won’t have people just walk out!

Stephanie cut my hair and she did a really good job. McKenna greeted me as I came in and checked me in. I have been coming to this shop for many years and I think I have had everyone cut my hair at one time or another They are all great and very professional. I recommend this Supercuts to everyone.

Stylists are super friendly and always let you know what they are doing. I typically book with Mckenna or Mae, but booked with Julie today. She consistently asked permission before cutting certain parts, and showed/explained what she was doing. She was also extremely careful with my hair and detangled it.

I had a great experience. Elisha was awesome. I told her what I wanted and knew just what I wanted. She gave me a great cut and was very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend her highly.

Today I went in to get a cut, it has been years since I have had a cut, and my hair is very much a multi layer mess to say it simply. The wonderful lady named Stephanie not only listened but also told me even though I thought it was a hot mess that it was beautiful hair. She gave me peace of mind, and gave her opinion and gave me a beautiful cut. I will come back to her again. She was just wonderful.

I have been to this specific location twice now to get my hair dyed/bleached and have booked appointments prior both times. I have had the salon manager both times and the first time I got there early and she was an hour late to my appointment because she had to drop off their deposit and stopped at the dollar store across the road before coming back. I went this time, was once again early and actively talked to her in the lobby at my appointment time, where she then proceeded to tell me she would be right back and went to drop off the deposit again and was once again 30 minutes late to my appointment time. Not even focusing on the hair aspect of any of it, if you schedule an appointment here for color or lighten, don’t expect to be seen on time. If you’re a walk in for a cut they do seem to be very timely with that though.

Stephanie is the best! My son has been going to her since he was 5 and she’s great with children! 🙂
