Had a great time with Ashley, she cuts my hair so well and is always my go to girl when I need a cut. Wonderful costumer service and product recommendations and deserves more credit for what she does.

Zero stars. I went to get my hair cut for the first time in 6 years, I asked for an a-line cut, not too short. Ashley, a 19 year old hairdresser was assigned to me. She just kept chopping, I have a very very short bob. Not what I wanted. It ruined my whole day. It was a terrible cut. The manager came and finished it and agreed that the hairdresser didn’t listen to me and apologized and said I don’t have to pay. No kidding! Not only should I not have paid, but something should have been said and I should have been apologized to by the girl who messed it up so badly. I will never go to that salon again, and it’s sad I went there to feel good about myself and left looking like a 12 year old boy. I’m so disappointed. So just beware. Oh yea and after she had chopped off all my hair, she said she needed to get someone to look at it because she had only done an a line 1 time and that was this morning before me. Like don’t chop and then ask! Ask first. This whole situation could have been avoided had she taken the time to ask first or just say I’m not great with that cut, let me get you someone that can do it. She proceeded to tell me she mostly does long layers and men’s cuts. So avoid the salon and avoid Ashley unless you are a man or want long layers.

They have a wonderful team of stylists here! I'd trust any of them to do my hair!

My daughter got a full hair color and trim for Easter. Her color is great, but the stylist left her whole back end of hair line still color stained and a good chunk of the back felt sticky, both ears and side burns in front.. like really?! After mentioning face stains she wiped it off, although we didn’t notice the others till we went to eat so we were told to go back to get it taken off as if that was OK! The salad proceeded to tell me after I can take tomorrow off by using a cleansing solution, as if that was my job when she was paid To do it. I mentioned I’ve never had this problem with hair color. I’m just very unpleased I noticed there was another girl in there was getting hers retreated as well for whatever service she got with blow drying and styling. I need a job well done otherwise I could have went to Supercuts!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would! My dad got his hair cut around 1130am today and it was the worst hair cut he's ever had! That "hair stylist" needs to be fired immediately!!! He's been going there for 20+ years and that's the worst hair stylist he's ever had!!! I hope she gets fired she has no idea what she's doing!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Helen Keller could probably give a better hair cut than we got!!!!

Sharon fixed my hair after a couple of really bad haircuts I had gotten elsewhere. My hair was uneven and my layers were short and choppy. I went in and was really scared to let someone even touch my hair again because of my bad experiences of getting two bad haircuts previously at other places. But she evaluated how bad my hair was and told me what she could do to fix it. She listened to me when I told her what I originally wanted my hair like, and she communicated to me what was possible to do with my hair in the condition it was in. She let me have a few minutes to think about it and I’m glad I ended up trusting her to fix my hair because my hair is much better than it was before.
