I booked an appointment for both myself and my daughter. When we arrived the woman stated she didn't have us. I showed her the appointments. She then said she was doing a coloring and wouldn't have time for us. I booked the appointments on the app and got confirmation of them as well. This was not a professional way to handle the situation. This was my only day off to be able to get haircuts thus why I booked them.

After going here a month and a half ago. I went and wanted my hair bleached. I did not know at the time a permanent hair color was put in my hair. Now I did not go to my stylist that I was supposed to due to him being out and sick at the time. But I went anyways because I really wanted my hair bleached. When my stylist was back in I went to make another appointment because the person who did my hair did not do my roots. My stylist couldn't at the time tell my hair was even done. Long story short my stylist Adonis had to do a whole correction to my hair because the person who did it did not do my hair correctly. I will never ever let another person besides Adonis touch my hair again. We are still trying to correct the hair because of another ones mistake. If you choose to go here please go to Adonis hes super sweet very knowledgeable on hair and a joy to be around. He is the only person I will let touch or do my hair from now on and in the future. He is the reason I gave this place 5 stars. In my opinion I really think he deserves his own salon place as he is super comfortable to be around and in always good spirits as well as very knowledgeable about hair and the products to use as well as how long it should take to get what you are looking for. Thank you Adonis so much for everything you are doing for me and my hair. I appreciate you, your are a blessing to me.

Laura did an awesome job with my eyebrow waxing! She was very quick but also very precise. I did not have to wait long at all and I definitely appreciate that walk-ins are accepted. Would definitely recommend!

Went to get a hair cut and the lady said card only and I had cash, so I had to have someone send me money on my vennmo card and when I go to pay she said they take only vanilla cards.... wth! I point out the sign says they accept visa and Mastercard and no where is there sign that says no cash either,and the lady said it was new policy... vanilla is a gift card so I'm very confused especially with no signage about a new policy so we will be going elsewhere

Great experience every time salon is clean, prices are very reasonable and staff is professional. I see Laura every 6-8 wks for my hair color and cut she does an AMAZING job every time i highly recommend her.

I tried to pay cash for some conditioner. They refused saying it was company policy i can only use a credit card. I complained and was holding my card to check out. Then they said that I was being unreasonable I will never give them my my business again. Colorado state law says they cannot refuse legal tender.

Very upset. I arrived at 630p to get a simple cut. The lady there let me know it would be a bit of wait *with a little bit of an attitude but whatever everyone has bad days right?* I tell her no problem I can wait. I take a seat, wait 20 minutes. And then she tells me she does not have time to fit me in. Not only did she waste my time but she was VERY rude. I stated "Really after 20 minutes?" And insultingly snaps back that "it’s only been 5". I informed her that I would be calling back to talk to her manager and she says "go ahead , I am the manager". Is this how you treat customers? The store wasn’t even closed yet when she told me she didn’t have time! It was 10 till. Will not be coming back.
