Kassie is the best. Friendly service and inexpensive. Love my color and cut!

Lots of chairs but I guess only one person works there and she was very very rude. I just asked about the wait for a haircut after she snapped at me wondering what I was doing there. Apparently she was full and working alone for the day and couldn’t find a way to tell me that politely.

I have been going here for the last 10 years and have never been disappointed! Cassie is amazing! She is extremely fast, efficient, inexpensive, and Incredibly talented with cut and color! She always remembers me and knows exactly what to do with my hair and what products work best. I tell everyone about downtown salon and I will continue to do so because Cassie is the best hairdresser that I've ever had.

I’ve been coming to Kassi since I was a kid, over 10 years! My whole family has too! She does an amazing job every single time I see her! I haven’t gone anywhere else in years and I never will! She’s always really busy, especially weekends so make sure to call ahead for reservations!

I'm always surprised when Cassie can make my baby-fine hair look good -- not much there to work with! She's very friendly and accommodating with her schedule and her prices are reasonable.

I had my misgivings about the no-frills atmosphere and low prices advertised, but I trusted the reviews and I'm so glad I did! I am happier with my haircut here than I have been even at some expensive salons. Kassie is a real gem and I will be coming back as long as I live in the area!

Absolutely loved my haircut!!! I was looking for a new look that could be alot easier to handle. I have a toddler and a baby and I needed something to style quickly. I am ssoooo beyond grateful I came to this place! I was lucky to walk in and have my haircut in just a few minutes! The service was amazing and she was so kind to me! I was even able to donate my long hair (that was cut). I got a short haircut that I absolutely fell in love with😍. Thank you!
