The staff, incredible! The service, amazing! My hair, fabulous! I have been coming to Coiffurium for many years and always walk out feeling my best! Kara and Meghann at the front desk are so friendly and helpful when booking an appointment or asking questions. They are so welcoming when you walk in the door! I have been seeing Jen for a while and she is amazing! She brings her expertise to every appointment and works with me when I have questions or thoughts about my hair. She provides thoughtful recommendations for my highlights and cut and together we have found the perfect color and style that makes me feel so beautiful! Huge shout out and thank you to Jen! The entire staff is great and I always enjoy going to the salon. Highly recommend!

I first found Kim at Coiffurium East Side by searching reviews that mentioned a care-free, no-nonsense cut for straight, fine hair. I was not disappointed. In fact, as I told Kim the second time around, I believe she gave me the best haircut I'd ever had. I've already booked my next appointment.

I've been coming to Coifforium since an first moved to Providence after an unfortunate combination of keratin treatment and permanent color. We've been on a healthy hair journey ever since and I get so many compliments on my haircuts from Bre. The front desk is always extremely pleasant and courteous and overall my experience with the salon has been great!

Jen, in particular, is amazing! She’s super personable and genuinely cares about giving you the best experience. What really impressed me was that when I came back for my second appointment, she had color suggestions ready based on our conversation from 6 weeks earlier. It’s clear she listens and takes the time to understand what you want. I’ve found my new favorite salon and stylist!

I've been going to Coiffurium for my haircuts for almost thirty years! I've been with Kelly since day one and it has been a great fit! It always feels welcoming, like visiting an old friend. I enjoy the personable staff and the comfortable surroundings. I always feel relaxed and in good hands and I walk out looking great!

I really wanted to like Coiffurium—I gave it a genuine try and saw two different stylists. Everyone there is very nice, which I appreciated. But when I asked for a change in style, the result missed the mark by quite a bit. When I reached out about it, the manager had me jump through several hoops—I had to send multiple photos of my hair and the inspiration style—and the email replies were incredibly long and complicated. A simple solution would have been to just have me come back in for a quick fix when I reached out. Instead, after all of that, I was offered "a couple of highlights," which felt like too little, too late considering everything I’d already gone through. For $300 and a $60 tip, it really should have been better.
