Christina has colored my hair many times and always nails it! Definitely recommend her for vivids, highlights, and going blonde. She's super professional and friendly every time. This location is also very nice, clean, and cozy. There's even a cute dog that hangs out in the salon 🩷

I understand the color silver/platinum could be hard to get on someone’s head but after redoing my hair two times I’m fully convinced that this Salon cannot do that specific color. I went into the salon, before scheduling my appointment I double checked and spoke with the owner made sure that a stylist could do the color, silver or platinum. I showed them specific examples and pictures of what I had done to my hair before I was told it could be done and I didn’t have to worry. A woman did my hair. The first time it came out a dark gray I was OK with it. I mentioned it to the owner told him that this color is too dark and isn’t what I wanted.. he offered to redo my hair for free. I went in that day to get my hair done. It was lighter than it was done before when the first woman did my hair, Which is what I wanted 🙂 … come to find out the color completely falls out a month later. Overall, my issue is I’ve had it done a lot of times to know after a month the color should still be in my hair. I know how to care for it because have I mentioned I had it for over a year without the color coming out COMPLETELY. I tried to add the photos in order of what it looked like after a month of getting it done all the way until today. As you can see my hair is completely yellow. My hair was done in August then redid again. I came here the first time to get it done. i’m not highly upset with the service, but it just would’ve been better if somebody could’ve told me, they cannot do that color instead of trying two times on my hair and still not succeeding.

Christina at Impulse Hair Salon is absolutely incredible! She’s a true artist. Every time I sit in her chair, she listens to exactly what I want and somehow makes it even better than I imagined. i had been cutting my own hair for over a decade but i wanted to change things up and Christina was so understanding! she was so talented and now i feel safe getting haircuts again! i’ve never been happier with a haircut! she’s also so good at color! sent a friend to her and now i’m tempted to get some crazy colors added in! love her vision and kindness!

Jaclyn performed actual miracles styling my hair for a wedding. She was friendly, patient, receptive to my feedback during the process, and made me look like TWO million bucks. I wish I didn’t live in another state! Would love to have her nearby for every style opportunity.

A few months ago I had the displeasure of having a woman color cut and blow dry my hair. She burned it at and about 2cm from the root all over the top of my scalp. My hair looks like a broken halo of different sized hair. In addition the color she created for me fell out after about 3-4 weeks, along with a huge amount of hair every day. Very stressful for me and she has a very flat affect as well in conversation. Her name is Christina.
