Salon 645

I had an absolutely horrible experience with a keratin treatment I purchased through Groupon with Wendy. I paid $250 including tip, and the treatment resulted in absolutely nothing. My hair looks exactly the same — actually worse — than before. I have had keratin treatments many times, so I know what to expect. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. After the appointment, my hair was still frizzy, and when I contacted the hairdresser to resolve the issue, she refused to offer even a partial refund. She insisted that hair can look frizzy after a keratin treatment — which has never been my experience with any previous treatments. To make matters worse, the "Green Keratin" product used smells absolutely foul. The odor lingered for days, even after washing my hair multiple times. It was unbearable. At this point, I genuinely question whether the correct treatment was even applied. It felt more like a basic conditioning treatment rather than a professional keratin service — yet I was charged the full amount. Very disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability. I would strongly caution others against trusting this vendor on Groupon, and I would not recommend the salon, the hair dresser and the Green Keratin treatment based on my experience.

My Stylist, Wendy, is my favorite person to have met recently. She has styled my hair twice this month and I've been so happy about my hair and how she can make me feel so cute and beautiful. The salon itself is cute, I like the music they play & the environment is perfect to go to when you need a small service or something more complicated.

Eli is amazing!! I been going with her since I moved to Pleasanton a year ago. Everytime I go everyone is super nice and she makes feel really comfortable. My hair looks amazing and super healthy!

Jo Jabsi at Solon 645 is an exceptionally talented artist whose work consistently captivates me. His creativity and skill shine through in every piece he creates. I genuinely admire him so much that I am willing to travel over an hour just to experience his art firsthand. Each time I visit, I leave the session feeling rejuvenated and inspired, like a million bucks. I am truly grateful for all the effort and dedication Jo puts into his craft. I am in love! First time visiting the salon. I saw a Groupon deal, but I ended up reaching out to them directly just to see the place and get a sense. Joe ( Joseph Jasis) is everything you could ask for in a hairdresser. He knows his craft - he expresses his opinion about what type of hairdo would accentuate your features, as well made a lot of recommendations as to how to take care of my hair. He gave me the best haircut best highlights, and lowlight and a hair cut! On top of it, he is a delightful person to talk to. I literally put my phone away and enjoyed my experience with him for hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! PS I have curtly hair that I like to use straight once in a while. I have a Mediterranean hair - all of it is complex.

Got my hair done my Mikayla. The salon is clean but is deadly expensive for nothing out of the ordinary hair cut. The price in the area is 60-80$ this was a whopping 125$ Price wasn’t a deal breaker for me but after my haircut was done ( she was running late for her next appointment, she had already delayed my appointment) she made me sit under the dryer for 25 min and got the other customer hair and setting done and kept saying my hair was not dry enough for setting. My hair were toasted at this point, when I asked her to finish setting my hair. I was happy about the haircut but didn’t appreciate the extra wait.

When you visit Salon 645, you have to see Joe Jabsi! Because I’ve been seeing him for 20 years, I know that he was the star of many international hair shows, events reserved only for stylists with skills like his. He is highly educated in his craft, and an educator as well, this will shine through during your very thorough consultation as he will guide you in what will look best for you. So, it comes down to this…if you want to look amazing with the best cut/color/highlights you’ve ever had, Joe is a must!!
