Brush & Blow Blowout Bar

I went in for a blowout on Saturday and had an amazing experience with Danielle. I have fine, straight hair and wanted a true ’90s-style blowout—which is always a challenge for me because my hair usually has a hard time holding volume with a regular blowout. Danielle’s technique made all the difference. Not only did the style last all day, but it held its shape, bounce, and volume far better than I expected. I received so many compliments, and it looked exactly how I envisioned it! If you have fine hair and want a blowout that actually lasts, Danielle is absolutely the stylist to book with. I’ll definitely be back! The place was also really cute but best of all the staff is warm and friendly.

Had a negative experience at Brush & Blow. The hairstylist seemed as if she didn't want to be working that day and took out that frustration on me. Our entire appointment was silent, I attempted to make small talk but she was unwilling to show any kind of friendliness towards her customers. The hair style she did fell flat 2 hours after I left. I had booked another appointment to come back the next day for my brothers wedding, but ultimately decided I'd rather take my chances and save my money doing my own hair at home. Will not be returning.

Nicest staff ever! I love the attention to curly/wavy haired girls like me leaving the salon with exactly what I asked for. My blowout with addition of curls always last me a week!! My go to stylist is legit any of the girls been going to all of them for years. They always leave feeling like a mermaid once they are done.

I was in Northern California for my niece’s wedding and I came here to get my hair done. Kaitlyn did an amazing job! I had an wonderful experience from the time that I booked the appointment up until I paid what a great place and gem for the cute little town of Pleasanton. Made appointments for myself and two friends to get styled ahead of a wedding (we were guests, not in the wedding party). Our appointments started on time, our stylists thoughtfully listened to what we wanted and did not want, and we each walked out of there looking like a million bucks. My one friend has finer hair and hers still looked amazing the next day; mine was smooth but had lost the curling iron curls (which is extremely predictable). Definitely would recommend!!

I am visiting from out of town for a wedding. I called and asked if anyone here could help do my hair so that my natural curls are enhanced. They set me up with Saniya and she did a wonderful job!
