Alma did such a great job on my balayage and cut. The color looks soft and natural, not harsh or streaky, and it blends beautifully with my base. The cut gave my hair a fresh shape without losing too much length. She listens, gives helpful input, and delivers exactly what you’re hoping for. Recommend 10/10

My experience with Alisia at Bellezza Cristali’s was absolutely wonderful! From the very first phone call to book, she was warm, kind, and welcoming, which instantly made me excited for my appointment. When I arrived, she greeted me with the same kindness and made me feel so comfortable right away. She’s incredibly personable and fun to talk to—the time in the chair flew by because it felt more like chatting with a friend than sitting for my hair. On top of all that, my hair turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I walked out of the salon absolutely beaming and so confident! Alisia is truly a gem, and I can’t wait to see her again.

I just stepped out of the salon with my new short, youthful haircut — and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve always found haircuts intimidating because my hair is very thin, but Darla was so professional, honest, and precise. Her quick hands and great eye for style made all the difference. My daughter wanted to get purple, pink and orange hair. Her hair is originally brown. I knew we needed someone who was experienced with color work and asked for that when I called. They recommended Madison Wade and she was absolutely amazing! First, she spent a lot of time listening to my daughter and going over pictures to see what she wanted exactly. She gently offered her advice too on what would look good. Second, when she found out my daughter had used henna on her hair several months ago, she insisted on doing a strand test to make sure her hair will be able to handle the lightening process. Went in today to get blond highlights put into my brown hair, scheduled an appointment with Laura. Showed the stylist my inspiration photos, which clearly showed blond highlights on brown hair. We go over what I want and she starts the job. She was very kind. The entire service was done professionally. But the end color was barely copper. In no way shape or form is it blond, or anywhere close to the color I asked for. The highlights look natural but are almost impossible to see and I had gone in for an obviously noticeable blond highlight. She was very nice, sweet. But did not give me what I asked for. I went to work and no one even noticed I had gotten my hair done. If I am paying for something (and it is over 100$ for the service), I am paying a professional, I want what I am asking for.

Veronica Mezza is the best! She listens to your vision and makes suggestions. She is passionate about her craft and maintaining healthy hair. I highly recommend her.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I got a keratin treatment expecting smooth, manageable hair, but the results lasted only one day. After that, it was as if I never had the treatment at all. It felt like a complete waste of money and time. The quality of the service did not match what was promised, and I honestly feel misled. Please do not visit this place if you’re looking for lasting, professional results. Not recommended at all.
