I had a bad perm 2 months ago and came to Lume for a correction + new perm. I'm so glad to find them, and luckily the new machine from S.Korea arrived before my appointment. First time visiting this salon. I’ve been meaning to cut my hair short for a long time (8+ inches cut), but I’ve been nervous as I have lot of hair and frizzy/wavy textured hair, so I decided to take a chance once I seen Kloe’s work on instagram. Kloe is very keen to details. She took her time to understand how I wanted to cut my hair that best framed my face&style. I have been getting compliments ever since I’ve had the hair cut! I would highly recommend this place.

Khloe did an incredible job color correcting my hair and getting it exactly where I wanted it. I first saw her back in July 2024, and her talent with color stood out immediately. After that, she left the salon where I originally met her to work for herself. I thought she was gone, so I continued going back to the previous salon—but no matter how many times I asked for a specific color, they kept insisting on something else. I went along with it, but I was never truly satisfied. Then one day, while getting my lashes done, I noticed someone familiar in the suite next door. It turned out to be Khloe—the same amazing stylist who did my hair the way I loved back in July of 2024. At that moment, I knew it was meant to be and told myself I had to have her do my hair again. Khloe is not only talented, but she takes the time to listen and truly understands what her clients want. She’s never pushy, and she and her husband make such a wonderful team—so attentive, kind, and welcoming. They create such a comfortable and warm atmosphere, and I’m so glad I found her again!

Had such a great experience! Kloe absolutely nailed my haircut. She really listened to what I wanted and the result was even better than I imagined. Fresh, stylish, and easy to manage. The facial with Grace was just as amazing. So relaxing and my skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. Grace was knowledgeable, gentle, and made the whole experience feel like a mini spa escape.
