Chance Charles Salon

I saw Chance last weekend for a cut and I love it. I'm growing out a bob with thick, wavy hair and he was able to cut a lot of invisible layers so it doesn't look like a big triangle. It has cut down my drying and styling time by half! I didn't realize he had another client until I left, but he was patient with my OCD tendencies and wanted to make sure I was happy with it. I had such an amazing and positive experience at this salon. Chance is not only a well educated and VERY experienced stylist, he made a huge effort at the beginning of our appointment to truly understand what it was that I wanted. He asked a lot of questions about what styling my hair on a day-to-day looks like, how often I get my hair cut and maintain it, and all of this was to understand what kind of haircut he was going to give me so that it would look good until I came back for a trim or another cut. Another cut. Truly don't think I've ever felt more heard and understood by a hairstylist. I had specifically requested a razor cut because that is how I prefer to get my haircut and I was more than happy with how he cut my hair. I left there feeling so happy and positive and confident about my hair. It looked amazing and I will definitely be coming back and recommending him to all of my friends!

Chance Charles did a great job and is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Very cool and friendly guy. Had some good suggestions and my hair looks good.

Chance was excellent. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and made my wife feel comfortable in the chair, very quickly. He also trimmed and shaped my beard, after taking the time to hear exactly what I was asking for. We are both thrilled with the results, and will absolutely book with Chance again.

I have had a hard time finding a good stylist since moving to the DFW area 3 years ago. Then I found Chance Charles salon. Chance is very professional and he takes great care to listen to his clients at every appointment. He has a lot of knowledge and training with both cut/styling and color. His cuts are meticulous and his balayage/coloring process is very detailed and thorough. I’ve been very happy with his cut and color services!
