I called and julio cut my hair 1st tome .he was very friendly but not $55 dollar worth a hair cut. They did not wash my hair and I ask to cut it dry since I always go to aveda salon and they wash cut dry and cut dry after for 55. But I gave this salon a chance. They are old school cut ✂️ pull hair up cut etc for layers. But they started to speak Spanish which I understand. I was asking the guy to texturized my hair w shear scissors since I have thick hair since it looked choppy and Not BLENDED. I felt bad the guy and the manager said THAT I SHOULD GO HOME TO CUT MY OWN HAIR .. RUDE ! Unprofessional!! And I responded to her in Spanish that I understand what she said. I was trying to show julio how to texturized my hair it was uneven. He was very genuine he gave me the scissors so I can show him and she said it was illegal to cut my hair!! Well hello if this is your shop then train!!! Do not come here bad service I was soo upset I had to pay $55 dollars for a service that was not to standards. I should of wait to go w my girl at aveda. That manager was rude. So sad the Hispanic latino own business can serve clients misjudge people thinking we don't know what they are saying.

I love to get my haircut here. The staff members are very friendly and they listen. The atmosphere is cozy and the stylist will always ask for reference photo which I appreciate.

I lived in Whittier when the opened the first salon on Hadley. Then continued going to the 2nd one in Pico. Now I live in the high desert by Yucca Valley and I still go to the only place I'm happy with getting a hair cut. Excellent customer service and price. Greatly satisfied every time.

I went here for a basic dye on my front strands of hair, I don’t remember her exact name but this woman ruined and burnt my hair. She is no expert on what she does, I am truly upset she basically fried my hair and now I’m still waiting on it to fully grow save your $ and go elsewhere especially to dye your hair!

One of the best hair experiences and affordable!!! I went to another place and they overcharge me. I went there to get my hair fix and it looked amazing. Ask for Irene!!! She gives your hair life and gives you the best hair advice.

I like coming to this place cuz the ladies are so nice and respectful, I also like the way they cut my hair.
