Halo Hair Salon

This was my first time at Halo, & I came in to get a cut I had gotten at a different salon corrected. I had Sam do my hair, & she did an amazing job. She was able to correct the shape (the stylist at the other salon cut it weird) & blend in the choppy layers the first stylist did at the other salon. And without losing much length, which is what I had hoped for. The blowout was great, & I got a lot of compliments on my hair the next day at work. I would definitely come again.

This was my 3rd time getting my hair colored and cut by Sydney and every time I am obsessed with my hair. She is very attentive and talented and works with your lifestyle to craft a color/cut. I can go 6 months without touching my hair and it will turn into a beautiful faded lived in color. Always worth it to get my hair done by Sydney.

I relocated less than a year ago and had my hair cut here a few times. Unfortunately, my last experience was quite disappointing. Despite providing photos of my desired cut, and a request for chin length cut, the stylist cut it too short. When asked if I liked it, I mentioned it resembled Lord Farquaad from Shrek. In an attempt to salvage it, she curled my hair. I emailed the shop the next day, explaining the issues – 2 inches too short and resembling a bowl cut. The stylist offered to fix it, but after hours of emails, I realized it couldn't be rectified as it wasn't the cut I asked for. While the shop's policy is no refunds, paying $80 for a cut that requires time travel to fix seems unreasonable. At first the owner was going to refund me but after being silent for 48 hours, she changed her mind and told me these things happen. Pictures of the requested cut are seen in an orange tank and black dress. The resulting cut includes 3 pics in a red and blue shirt. UPDATE: I haven’t had a haircut in 5 months and it is just now the length I requested. 1 bad hair cut has impacted me for 5 months.

Inclusive, welcome environment. Sara was FANTASTIC!!! By far the best haircut and color I've ever had. I wanted to change my look-up and she suggested a better length and added layers to my fine, lifeless hair in such a caring, nice manner. Explained prices up front. Do not give it a second thought - book here!!!

Best first visit to a new salon in a long time! Keighty really listened to what I was looking for and I walked out feeling post-haircut crisper and lighter and very happy! Lovely salon space too - chill and welcoming.

Keighty cut my hair, and completely exceeded my expectations. She is patient, kind, and takes her craft seriously. She will take the time to work with you to get the hair you want. She is a pleasure to chat with as well. 10000000/10. Can't wait to come back!
