The entire team was so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel completely at ease. The studio vibes were amazing—charming, with great music and a lovely location in Petaluma. I know it’s going to be a good day when I go to Refined Haircraft! Shelby and the team are fantastic. I spent years searching, and now that I found Shelby, I feel like she understands my hair and how to make it look best. She adds highlights effectively, not too brassy or ash-y (is that a word? 😜) and cuts my hair expertly. When I need a blowout, she’s the one I call. I came in with box dye and uneven color and I was stressed and in a pinch to get my hair done. Shelby and Haley walked me through options and made sure to make sure it was within budget and the best for my hair, while also giving me a look that i liked. I walked out with beautiful brunette hair and brand new confidence. it was a wonderful experience highly recommend 🙂
