I’ve been going to the same person at this location for over two years. My wedding is next month so I went to the stylist I’ve trusted for so long. Went for my appointment yesterday. Asked for long layers styled like the first photo. That i wanted to keep the length. I left my appointment in tears as she chopped off most of my length at the top then didn’t blend it and left it long at the bottom, as seen in the second photo. My fiance then called and spoke to management. Explained that this is my wedding hair now and I’m devastated. Management had me come back in and it took two stylists to make my hair look anything close to normal in the third photo. I now have to pay someone to do my hair professionally for the wedding as I’m unable to do anything with it myself because of how short it is. The stylist was very distracted yesterday, going back and forth about a client who left without paying. She was not paying attention to me whatsoever. I’ve never had my hair ruined this badly. I will not be back after this. Or my daughters.

I had such a great experience with Ashleigh! She added tinsel to my hair and made it look absolutely gorgeous, subtle but sparkly in all the right ways. She was super friendly, patient, and really paid attention to detail to make sure everything turned out perfect. The whole appointment felt relaxed and fun, and I left feeling amazing. I don't let anyone else touch my hair except Brenda! I have a sensitive scalp but she's always so gentle and mindful without compromising quality. She's the best at up-dos but I've also been cutting my hair with her since like 2018. I recently tried something new with short layers and I got so many compliments.

I had a great experience with Julie today. She was friendly, on time, and very gentle throughout the haircut — no pulling or discomfort at all. I really like the way she does my hair every time, and I always appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

It was a last minute decision for me to decide to get my hair colored and treat myself. I walked in late in the afternoon.I was asked to wait and they would get me in. After only a short fifteen minutes and as a walk in, I was then assisted by Roxanne. I was actually happy that I got her because she has cut my hair in the past. This is the first time I was allowing someone to color my hair in thirteen years.Because I usually do it myself. Today I wanted to treat myself. Roxanne is a superstar and treated me very well. She made sure I was comfortable and safe getting into the chair because I have had a history of many surgeries, she recognized that I lost a significant amount of weight since she last saw me.So that tells me that she remembers her customers. She gave me choices, asked me what I wanted, gave me the pricing prior to make decisions, kept the conversation going as a beauty usually does, always had a smile on her face and is just really top notch. As a manager of your salon, I hope that you realize what a true asset she is. I too work in a customer service and satisfaction career and, it was easy to see that she has that in spades!!! Thank you Roxanne.I appreciate you and will definitely be back from my cut in a couple of months.

Ashley A is amazing! She really takes her time to listen to what you want and makes sure you leave feeling confident. My hair came out even better than I imagined—healthy, fresh, and styled perfectly. She’s professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience relaxing. Julie was absolutely amazing! Everyone in the salon was so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. Julie listened to what I wanted and nailed it perfectly. I was nervous at first because my hair is thin and damaged, but she made me feel completely comfortable and the result was beautiful. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Julie!!
