Carolyn did an amazing job with my hair today! They pay very close attention to how everything is interacting with your hair, are detail oriented and so friendly. I loved the staff who were around, the atmosphere, the service, and will definitely be back! 🙂

Keep here 2x so far & def a permanent customer 🙂 Courtney Moon cute my hair both times and I forever will go with her. I absolutely love my hair . I fell in love w my hair all over again . Even after months I find myself looking in the mirror admiring my hair cut style. I’ll be back soon for styling. Last time she styled my hair, I ran some errands and a few strangers complimented my hair. Omg what a great day !

Kate was awesome, perfect haircut, she’s so soft spoken and sweet, I have short hair and just showed her some pics and she asked what I prefer vs pics for length & etc. I am so happy with the cut it’s the best one I’ve gotten since I cut my hair short. I was scheduled the day before but I had been late so I had to reschedule for next day & everyone was so nice. I’m glad I did miss first apt otherwise I would’ve missed out on my new perfect stylist, thanks so much to salon & Kate. I would definitely recommend to anyone, the cost is very reasonable and it was all around 5 stars all the way!! =)

Courtney did a great job with my haircut and highlights (I have black hair and got caramel highlights), and I would definitely go back! One note is that the minimum price of highlights including the toner is $220 and not $170 as I was told in the initial estimate -- I think the staff should have made this clearer from the beginning. Otherwise happy with experience.

Very disappointed. I’ve been to bishops three times now. The first two ended with decent haircuts but for some reason the stylists are never working there when I come back. I won’t be going back because my hair was destroyed this time. I have spent years growing it out and asked for a 1.5 inch trim of my long layers and light face frame. The hairdresser gave me a blow out in the middle of my cut as part of her process so I could not tell that everything is uneven. The face frame is 2 inches different on each side and the layers in the front are so thick and choppy it looks like a mullet. The cut is at least 4-5 inches shorter than when I walked in and now I fear I’ll have to cut the entire bottom half to fix it. I also have to mention that there is hair from other people wedged into the arms of the hairdresser chair and it feels very unsanitary. Also I went in after receiving an email that it would be at a discount after 4 on Sunday’s and the person the front desk acted surprised like it didn’t exist and didn’t want to honor it until I dug it out of my email and then admitted they created the email themselves. Small but rude and felt unwelcoming.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming! It was my first time getting this kind of service and I was really happy with the results!

Love this place! Super friendly and sweet staff. Stone is the best! He always does such a great job cutting my curly hair.
