I was just in. The associate Charles was very nice & helpful. It also nice to meet a sales associate whose very passionate about fragrances. Big shout-out to Charles. Made my purchase (YSL Y Iced) an awesome experience. 👍🏼

B and ivory helped me and my cousin finding our foundations and perfumes and very nice and very friendly. I am happy with my purchase and definitely will be back to buy some more if you feel like your loss or need help just ask for be an ivory. They will totally help out.😊

I went to Ulta to get my eyebrows done and Monica was fantastic! She was friendly, professional, and took her time to shape my brows perfectly. I’m so happy with how they turned out—easily the best experience I’ve had. Highly recommend her!

I will begin my review with this: I don’t react, I respond. And for this particular store, my response will be to never spend another dollar of my hard-earned money in there, and will encourage everyone I know that shops there to do the same. First thing I want to do is to thank Hailey. I don’t know her last name, but she was there this evening, Saturday, October 11, 2025, and she was super sweet and helpful. I appreciate her greeting my daughter and I when we walked in the door, proceeded to ask if we needed help, and since we said no, she let us know she was there to help if we needed and went on her way. We actually did need her help a couple of times and she stepped right in. She is a gem, and the store is lucky to have her. We spent approximately 30 minutes in the store because we had something specific we were looking for and also we were shopping around and saw some other things we liked and picked up. Yes, I know, in places like that, seeing two black women walking around the store, taking their time, and picking things up automatically looks suspicious, but I can assure you, 1. We wouldn’t have come into the store if we didn’t have money to spend, and 2. Both of us work and have no need or intention to steal. I kid you not, I counted-7 times…7 times 2 of the women on the floor walked slowly to each aisle we went to and asked "Can you find everything ok?" or "Do you need any help?" Oddly enough, one asked twice while we were CLEARLY being helped by Hailey-she was RIGHT THERE. And before someone from the store comments on here "No, it wasn’t racially motivated, we do that to all customers!"….nah. I watched. I pay attention to everything. Not once were the customers of other races followed and constantly approached and followed. Not ONCE. IF PEOPLE WANT YOUR HELP, THEY’LL ASK. When we did need help, we asked… So, when we checked out, guess what our cashier did? My daughter bought a makeup case that had makeup that came in it, so the cashier suspiciously thought "Let me look inside this case because they might have stolen some things and put them inside here." So she thought no one would notice her telling her coworker ‘This is cute, I wonder what all they have in it?’ and unzipped it, glanced in it really fast and zipped it back 😂. Did you get a good look at what ‘all’ was in there in 1.1 seconds? YOU WORK THERE AND YET YOU DIDN’T KNOW WHAT WAS IN THERE?? Try to be a little less obvious next time. ALL BLACK PEOPLE DON’T STEAL AND BLACK PEOPLE ARE NOT THE ONLY RACE THAT DOES. The sooner people realize that, the much better off they’ll be. It’s very frustrating and irritating for people to go through this. What we should have done was put all of the almost $200 combined that we spent in products back on the counter and walked out. We might be black, but our money is green, and will spend anywhere. But from here forward, it won’t be spent in this store. Train your employees better.

I hate that I can’t remember her name but the makeup artist that was working today on Halloween around 2/3ish she was the best!!!! I came in for lip liner and lipstick and not only did she find me the perfect match she shade matched me PERFECTLY!!!!!! Even found a concealer that matched perfect!!! I can’t thank her enough for taking the time to really hear me and help me! Plus she was so fun to talk to!

Literally have been putting off coming to a makeup store for almost two years because of the dread of trying to get color matched for a foundation and concealer. I had the absolute pleasure of getting to work with Biljana and she not only had an amazing personality, she also color matched me first try for each product I needed. Insane. I am now switching over from Sephora to Ulta, just becuase of this experience. Thank you again Biljana, I appreciate you so much 😭💖✨️

Jenny is Phenomenal and took her time to help me pick out new shades of makeup and concealer!! She took her time was patient and very knowledgeable and I walked out one happy customer!! This is going to be my go to store and the best Utla I have ever been too and Kay that helped me before is also phenomenal and both are very knowledgeable of the products they sell! Thank you ladies for all of your help and patience!!!
