The salon was nice. The staff not so much. I wasn’t greeted kindly. They didn’t even know what my appointment was for. All very forgivable mistakes until I left the salon looking like I fell asleep around a toddler with scissors. Okay maybe not that bad but when your hair gets messed up, well you get it. I reached out to the owner by email because I was hoping they would fix it because it’s the right thing to do. Well it’s been over a week with no response. So my only option is a review. I would not recommend this salon.

100/10 – I absolutely loved my facial with Shannon! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted at the front desk and offered refreshments. The entire experience felt welcoming and thoughtful from start to finish. The facial room was perfect — the lighting was just right, the scent was so relaxing, and the heated bed made it feel extra luxurious. Shannon took the time to ask what areas I wanted to improve and truly knew exactly what my skin needed. Throughout the facial, she explained each step, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise. The whole process, from front desk to finish, was seamless, warm, and such a luxury experience. Shannon’s skills are absolutely worth it — I will definitely be back!

I went in ready for a BIG change — a major cut, fresh layers, and color — and Keenan absolutely delivered. She took my long, thick hair and transformed it into something lighter, healthier, and so much easier to manage. The layers move beautifully and the color added so much dimension without looking overdone. Keenan really listened to what I wanted, gave honest input, and made me feel completely confident in the process. I walked out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend Keenan to anyone ready for a change!

Lori is the best ever. She is the first hairdresser I've ever been to that listens to what I want my hair to look like, and does exactly what I asked. I love my hair, and I've never been able to say that before.

First let me say that the salon was clean and the staff was super friendly and it was a happy atmosphere. Their prices are fair/average with other salons in the area. However, I went on a Saturday and it was extremely chaotic. Two other women had their hair done between my hair dye and hair cut and it was the opposite of a relaxing experience. Maybe it is different during the week but this was my experience. Devon was my stylist and she was very kind and experienced. She picked a color two levels up for me and I think it was overall a good choice, but when I paid for a full color I was expecting her to put it on more than my roots and around my neck. She also cut TWICE of the amount of hair off that I asked her to. I sat in the chair (she cut the back first, it was too late) in complete shock. It was almost enough hair to donate. I have no idea how to style it and here I am two weeks later, super upset and hating hair that will take months to grow back.

Disappointed with Cut, Color, Update-the owner called me and scheduled me with Alisha to fix the color and cut. Alisha did a nice job with the color and haircut. Thank you! I had high expectations based on the salon’s reviews and the stylist bio but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I came in for a cut and color, but the results were far from what I requested. The color turned out uneven, only covering part of the regrown roots. The haircut was poorly executed, and the styling was rushed and unpolished. Had to ask the stylist to use a brush. I expressed my concerns, but the response was dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Now, I’ll have to go elsewhere to fix the mistakes. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this salon based on my experience. Update-I called the owner on Tuesday as they shared in the response-she was not available so I left a message. My mom and I came for her Mothers Day pedicure! We loved it! Colleen and Riley were great. We felt very pampered.
