I called in advance asking if they take walk ins. They do. Beware though the $15 woman hair cut is a lie. I asked on phone and in person for them to fix my bangs. My bangs were long up to my nose. I waited about 3 months to grow them out. I showed the lady a video I found online. I asked if it was possible to do crescent bangs and she said yeah. I should of realized when she didn't watch the video all the way that itself was one red flag. The service was nice and friendly but afterwards it seem like they wanted to hike the price. At the start, the lady doing my hair wanted me to shampoo and condition it. I declined. She said the price is the same. I asked the price on the sign outside right? Thats ok, I'll pay the $15 anyways. The 2nd red flag was her answering her phone and as well chatting with her coworkers on the side (not completely focused on the task while actively cutting) (their main language is Spanish). They assumed I didn't speak the language and they were chatting about my hair and for how quiet I am. I wear glasses so throughout the session I couldn't see (hence why I didn't say anything) so I just hope she had done what was to be expected. She thn insisted on me getting a layered haircut. I declined. I've been growing my hair out the year. She heavily insisted it would be great on me. I declined again, I only agreed for her to just cut off the dead ends, no more thn 2 inches. (It bothered her out my pretty hair wasn't being properly maintainance). I really only wanted my bangs done. The price is the same they said. I was excited to see how the were to come out. At the end she explained that some of my hair that was previously cut was too much so she left it alone. Told me to just pin it to the side. I was confused because I went to a different salon for the same thing "crescent bangs". The moment she pop the mirror out, I rush to put my hood on and cover up. I definitely did not like the outcome. She played it off nice, saying it'll take time to get used to. I did spoke to them in Spanish on the way out so I was ironic to see them glow up that I knew the language, just to realize as well I understood everything during that time. The quiet person was just observing. In total $37, they charge me $35 for the haircut plus $2 fee on card. So that sign that says $15 is a lie. Disputed it immediately. And now im wearing beanies til my bangs grows out again. I will not be doing business here ever again.

First time coming here, and it was amazing ! My hair was an absolute disaster, but Adela was able to fix it effortlessly ! Would highly recommend this place ! Very good service !

The sign outside is a lie. Worst experience I have ever had coloring my hair. Ask for a light brown color and I got dark brown hair. Same color damaged left crying.

One of the best salon I have ever been to. I ask Adela for a bayalage and she did an amazing job, she had previously cut my hair and, my hair started growing, this is definitely my place to go. A bit pricey but is worth it, you pay for what you get, her work is quality. Thank you Adela.

Adela was very professional she got my hair and my mothers hair done. She is very nice and friendly and shes always on time aswell as for her coworkers. She did our hair exact how we wanted and we will be coming back. Thankyou

Worst waxing I’ve ever gotten! I asked if they do facial waxing and the lady did not seem sure if they did so she went to ask the owner and she said yes it’s $45 so I went and thought everything was fine but as the lady "prepped" my skin, i let her know that I had some makeup on my face so she could remove it, and she used a dry cotton ball on my face to "remove" my makeup. She also burned my face and gave me a horrible rash. I’m pretty sure the lady that waxed me only knew how to eyebrow wax but didn’t want to lose a customer, so that’s why she said "yes". she also used the tube dispenser of the aloe gel on my face to apply the aloe and then put the tube back in the bottle!! They’re lucky I’m not pressing charges. After being there for an hour, she did not get all of the hairs and blamed it on my hair saying that it was too thin so that’s why it didn’t remove. Not to mention the horrible bedside manner from the owner of the establishment giving me attitude because I didn’t carry cash, when I had asked if they accept card. She told me "next time bring cash" as if I’m going there ever again. I normally never leave bad reviews anywhere but this place takes the cake for the worst waxing service ever.

I called twice to make sure they installed and carried hair extensions…twice ! And made an appointment that day, made the hour drive to the salon just to be greeted by a employee that didn’t know much English and has a hard Time understanding me and vice versa.. it was a complete waist of time and drive and I don’t want this to happy anybody else..
