Amanda cuts and colors my hair and she is great! Easy to chat with, a comfortable experience, and relaxing! I love going. The salon is bright and clean. They use Aveda products. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Before Xiphium, I was bouncing between salons and stylists -- trying to find someone I was happy with. I will keep returning to Amanda at Xiphium. I had a pixie cut (aiming to grow it out over time) and she has made the transitioning much less painful. I love the cut of my hair now, even through the awkward growing stages. And she nailed the color I was aiming for spot on. Couldn't be happier.

Xiphium is fabulous. I've always struggled with my difficult hair but Xiphium is the first place that has really taught me how to style my hair myself. The customer service is fantastic, you even get a hand massage when your hair is being washed! Tipping is not allowed -- every client is treated well. The owner hires quality people and invest in their continued education. Many licensed stylist train for a year or more with her before they can accept their own clients. The result is that they know how to best cut and color all types of hair. Jamie is fantastic with facials and can shape perfect brows. It's true that you probably won't get a last minute appointment, everyone is very good which means they stay booked. But once you are in for your first appointment you can book ahead, and you will want to. I've recommended Xiphium to several friends and acquaintances and they always come back and thank me for the recommendation.

I've been going to Xiphium for a few years now. My hubby recommended it because he's been going there for MANY years. It's always a very relaxing experience. Between the scalp/shoulder massage, aromatic shampoo experience and the hand massages, it's hard to leave feeling stressed. I am greeted by name and always offered something to drink. I've gone to 2 different stylists and I have yet to have a bad experience. I highly recommend Bess, and Sam for cut and color and any skin care service with Jaime! I also really love that the stylists take classes regularly to stay up-to-date on the newest hair and beauty trends. It's just nice to have a salon I know I'll be going to for years to come--and it's the stylists and staff who make the entire experience fabulous from beginning to end.

Nathalia Gonzalez was my new stylist today, Aug 2020. I have CURLY, shoulder length hair, & wear it curly. She understands curly hair!! She gave me a very healthy cut without taking off too much! The attention to skin care and fabulous massages during a facial is an event to look forward to each visit! A hair appointment treats you to a scalp massage prior to shampoo followed by a hand massage while conditioning. The quality of hair care is exceptional. Did I say a relaxing experience? Count on it!
